To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日早餐冇係屋企食，所以去左大家樂買左個外賣，最後選擇左豉油王炒麵配厚切午餐肉。之前呢個set係由豉油王炒麵轉左做炒米粉，唔知咩原因，米粉真係好硬掘掘，變左成個set都唔好食，但佢而家轉返做豉油王炒麵，一來炒麵既「淋硬度」適中，二來味道都好好炒得好入味。如果以早餐來計份量黎講，飽肚度一定滿滿。午餐肉都係非常之厚切，味道又夠濃，一啖咬落口真係非常之滿足。最後，配埋杯熱既意式咖啡，咖啡味都好香濃，非常之好。

今日屋企無水，就買外賣回家享用。經過大家樂，就想起一哥焗豬扒飯。一哥焗豬扒飯係大家樂嘅招牌菜，每次我都係食呢個，今次買多一個咖喱牛腩飯。一哥焗豬扒飯，唔跟嘢飲，要45元。豬扒飯最出名係塊豬扒夠晒厚，新鮮蕃茄、青豆、粟米粒、菠蘿，加上芝士和醬汁，撈埋炒飯底食一流。咖喱牛腩飯：入面有兩大舊薯仔，，牛腩就細細粒，覺得太少了。咖哩汁嘅辣度適中，又唔太辣，食落仲有椰香味道，又配上椰菜和紅蘿蔔絲，要52元如果我想食焗豬扒飯一定會食大家樂嘅一哥焗豬扒飯。

呢一間大家樂唔算大，但都坐得舒服，唔會覺得太逼夾；大家樂餐廳的晚餐選擇都唔少，不過今晚想試吓佢嘅牛扒！晚餐選擇雖然多，但好似偏向中式為主！叫咗呢個紐西蘭西冷牛扒餐，承惠$70牛肉肉質鮮嫩，煮得剛剛好沒有過熟，口感不錯，黑椒汁味道卻一般！焗薯仔味道正常啦！

大家樂都係香港人既食堂🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩其實都幾頹下🤣🤣🤣🤣, 不過我自己食過不同餐廳既焗豬扒飯, 都真係覺得大家樂既一哥焗豬扒飯錦多年都真係無得輸🥳🥳🥳首先價錢合理啦😙😙😙!!仲要佢都會即叫叫整, 佢既茄汁份量夠, 所以唔會食一半就冇汁食飯, 加埋抄飯底 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
