To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午餐到大家樂食，居然出左我最喜歡的鴛鴦炒飯，仲要37元包飲品，仲要仲要包杯低糖綠茶喎！好抵食呀！不過飲落都唔係低糖架啦！對我黎講岩岩好，唔會無糖咁唔好飲。衣家想食鴛鴦炒飯就連去酒樓都唔係咁易食到架！唔知大家樂係咪玩經典酒樓風呢！兩種口味既沖激感真係好正呀！😂而另一款就係金菇肉絲燴伊麵，衣兩款都係細個時去飲茶午餐必點之食。

之前一直都有食開大家樂既TEA SET，因為佢地既TEA SET有好多CHOICE，有燒味瀨粉，西多士，炸雞髀，公仔麵等等。而且價錢方面唔貴，都係HKD$30 - 40就有交易。見今日8號風球，又好耐未食過大家樂TEA SET就諗住再食返一餐。點知...水準已經下降了。首先講講個主打炸雞髀先，以前都好好食架，雞肉滑又多肉汁，不過今次就炸到好乾，又冇乜肉汁，同埋D肉都好「鞋」啦。西多士都係呀，冇左脆口既感覺，得返笠口既感覺。但係值得一讚既係凍檸檬茶，個茶底可以話係VERY GOOD。

6月5日晚經過良景，見好耐無幫襯大家樂，諗住去睇吓佢有咩新茶式，點知衹得燒味、鐵板、焗飯和湯飯，當下都好失望，但因唔想周圍搵野食，就入去點咗個諗住會好穩陣嘅(脆爆燒肉四寶飯)，第一啖食嘅燒肉衹覺好咸😣😫然後覺得好韌😑，佢話嘅----(脆爆)去咗邊?而其他如紅腸和雞翼都係得勁咸!連嗰半邊咸蛋都係乾淨淨!🤨咁我點食呢？而我老公嗰碗鴨腿湯飯，D鴨腿勁鞋😟熱檸檬水面有層油點飲🙄🤨以後打死都唔會再去幫襯!!😤

小弟不幸患上上呼吸道感染，病住咁落樓下搵早餐食。由於炒麵同蘿白糕都係我既至愛，所以無視醫生既叮囑，直接落單點咗。食物：鼓油皇炒麵好有童年回憶，我覺得幾好食，味道甚至比茶餐廳出品更好。蘿白糕估計係煎好後，用機保溫，所以唔係熱，只可以話室溫。感覺不過不失，咬落尚算有口感。火腿我諗無咩好comment，只可以講無燶位，所以好環境：早餐時段，人流稀疏，多數四人位只被一個人佔據。但大部份空位留有上一手食客的餐盤、廚餘。

今天休息，一個到到附近商場辦年貨，清早起來心開朗，食番個早餐讓自己嘆下世界都好！屋邨最經濟實惠莫過於係大家樂早餐，廿幾蚊野，都食得好滿足，呢度D奶茶咖啡又夠水準，不過近來腸胃差，今日轉飲凍檸水做早餐啦！隻蛋好好食，大陽蛋半生熟，蛋汁最正啊！另外個蘿蔔糕，又夠蘿蔔味，但係無咩臘味，瑤柱咁，扣左少少分，不過份量夠，好飽肚啊。凍檸水普通野無咩好講，但係呢間服務一流，D啊姐收野好快，又有禮貎，加左佢唔少分。早餐咁抵食得過。
