To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 如標題所述,平靚正既嘢係絕無僅有,有最前既一個形容詞,多數就無後兩項。今次既平價午餐之選有葡國雞飯- 色水唔錯,但實際上隻汁無味。- 唔知點解,我覺得飯既配菜好難食。- 肉既比例奇低- 奶茶太甜間鋪多鳥英,而且飯枱附近周圍都有回收餐盤的回收點,呢點實會有d影響。 continue reading

話說一年前,我曾就這裡的炸雞脾,留下了喊臉。一年後的今天,因為懶的走到茶餐廳買雞脾沙津,看到這裡的開價跟茶餐廳同價,再加上最近數次消費經驗尚算OK,就再給一次機會。一隻炸雞脾+ZERO一杯,$27。不過剛巧午茶時段開始,等候人潮多,如是者,等了十分鐘才拿到食物回家。所以今次拿到的雞脾,算是「即叫即炸」的。雞脾大小OK,剛炸好的雞脾熱辣辣,沒有像上次多餘的炸粉,外皮炸的鬆脆,內裡雞肉算是嫰滑,亦沒有炸不熟的情況,調味略淡,加上自家椒鹽,味道變的剛好。或者這樣說,我很幸運拿到剛炸好的雞脾,應該沒有難吃的理由吧﹖ continue reading

好耐無去過大家樂食晚飯啦今日心血來潮決定黎食大致好評既豬扒飯豬扒好有口感,一D都唔硬,成碗飯再加茄醬,味道亦都唔錯又唔會太酸或者無味另外將野飲換左將中湯味道都幾好偶然選擇飲湯都幾有新鮮感既成份餐大概41蚊左右對比起前幾年個價其實都幾貴不過味道唔錯,算係咁啦有樣好不滿既係外賣拎返屋企先發現無俾刀同叉我咁點鋸扒呀 continue reading
