To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 於2024年3月18日晚餐。男朋友爸媽回來了,所以在附近吃個晚餐聚會。丫姨叫嚷着肚餓,一口氣叫了7大碟餸。等了大概10分鐘,一碟又一碟菜相繼被端出來了。雞絲粉皮🐓冷盤來說,份量都叫大。粉皮QQ彈彈,每條粉皮都掛上麻醬,麻醬香濃,口感很好。蒜泥白肉🐷譚仔最出色的小食,就是蒜泥白肉,自從很喜歡拿他來做標準。蒜泥白肉下面都有粉皮墊底,很吸汁,覺得香蒜味比較少。小籠包🐷有5顆,喜歡的又可以添一顆。皮厚度適中,不厚不薄,湯汁鮮濃。炒四季乾扁豆🫛做法有點不像傳統,加了更多辣椒,配着肉碎,十分之惹味,拌飯應該一流。京蔥炒牛肉配薄餅🐄以鐵板上菜,聽着沙沙的聲音。肉的份量不來,吃到最後,眾人撐着肚皮,肉還是有剩的。廚師用了筍、冬菇、京蔥等炒,香氣四溢。另一種食法是,放上簿餅,像片皮鴨般包着吃,解去肉的膩。雲吞雞(半隻)🐤喜歡喝啖湯水的人,不要錯過。一窩湯足夠4個人,每人添兩碗。湯中的雞脾肉嫩滑,雲吞可口,淡淡的金華火腿鹹香,湯中還有娃娃菜可吃。結帳才不用1千元,絕對是一個化算又高質的一餐。 continue reading
