✨🐙 餐廳遊記:Flagship(灣仔) 🐷✨朋友建議來到位於灣仔船街盡頭的Flagship 晚餐,這間是充滿中西合璧元素的fusion 菜。🛥️👭🍽️✨ Pan seared Octopus ($148),香煎西班牙原條八爪魚鬚,魷魚很大條又粗身,八爪魚煮得很腍,而且每一口都食得出很鮮味。配上八爪魚的羽衣甘藍作為沙律菜,以香港特產的八珍甜醋作為沙律醬汁真是很特別,沒想到味道又唔錯,令羽衣甘藍有種獨特的甜酸味,是很開胃的前菜。🐙🥬✨ Apple Puree Tomahawk Pork($338),餐廳選用21天成熟的厚身豬扒,整塊豬扒經12小時的慢煮,肉質非常鬆軟,很容易就可以切開,咀嚼時也感受到豬扒的肉汁很嫩滑。在周邊的配菜焗蒜粒、雞髀菇都是我好鍾意食。整塊斧頭扒都好大塊,好合適2個人share黎食。🥩🐷✨ Carbonara Chinese Style($238),這碟卡邦尼意粉也是很有特色,首先意粉是用了蛋黃醬煮,色澤傾向偏黃,意粉的質感比較滑溜,而且充滿了滿滿的芝士。用上了中國特色的金華火腿和臘肉代替了煙肉,而放上蔥花,味道更為咸香濃味。🍝🍳🧀🥓✅7點幾來到餐廳已經8成滿座,建議先訂位✅ continue reading
