好似好耐冇出街打邊爐,見今日天氣突然間又轉返凍,最適合就係打個邊爐暖下身。好耐之前嚟過呢度食印象中幾好食,嗰度嘅環境真係幾舒服,夠晒大,仲好多卡位添。我哋今晚叫咗鴛鴦湯底,一邊係沙嗲湯底。個沙嗲一上嚟就已經超級香,入面仲要包咗啲鴨血,好夠味,連豉油都唔使點。另一個湯底係桃膠椰子雞湯,呢個湯底都好足料。係開始打邊爐之前仲特登試咗佢啖湯,又真係好甜,而且好香椰奶味。因為鴛鴦鍋嘅關係,佢只係跟咗個例牌份量嘅雞。嗰啲雞煮完之後仲好滑添,呢個湯底係幾值得嗌嘅。然後我哋叫咗個封門柳,上到嚟個顏色唔係好靚,比較深色。不過原來佢係成晚嘅MVP,因為好香牛味,而且仲好腍添。另外嗌咗個鴛鴦蚌,但係佢就唔係太新鮮,所以味道好一般。之後我哋叫咗個餃子拼盤,但係佢今晚冇晒辣子雞餃子,就俾咗兩款重複嘅鳳城餃子,賣相一般。但係每一粒咬開都係有好大隻蝦,而且啖啖肉好彈牙,真係搞不可以貌相。另外佢哋嘅黑松露餃子就冇蝦嘅,但係黑松露味就好香,可以一試。飲品方面,我哋兩個人叫咗一支竹蔗茅根,都分到每人兩至三杯,甜度啱啱好,感覺上又可以清熱氣。兩個人食咗千零蚊,打邊爐嘅話算係咁啦,不過兩個女仔嚟講都夠飽嘅。 continue reading

地方環境十分大, 對於火鍋黎講係必需的, 因為火鍋菜式比較多, 需要的位置也多. 大大張台食野體驗都會開心d.醬料方面除左正常的醬油蔥花, 還有沙爹醬, 有好多餐廳沒有.湯底為沙爹湯, 只係個人喜好, 味道偏濃偏香. 花生味有小小重.手切頂級安格斯牛小扒 ($298)黎得火鍋牛一定要叫最頂級. 都無令我地失望既.牛肉本身厚身小小, 所以食落口感十分咬口及彈牙.牛肉味本身很濃不需要配牆料都可以. 肥度適中, 所以有小小油花味, 但又唔會太過容易食厭.黑松露餃子+蛋餃子呢到餃子都係特色之一, 主要入面料夠多, 夠大隻,飽肚感十足. 味道方面蛋餃就比較香小小入面肉就彈牙加埋我地湯汁都唔錯.黑松露方面, 松露香比較重, 加左小小野菌再進一步整香小小. 因為有野菌係入面相對肉會少d, 但口感會彈牙d.千竹輪入面有芝士流出黎, 打邊燼黎講幾好食. 要注意既係入面流出黎芝士剛整熟時十分熱.小心受傷就可以了.整體體驗十分好, 價錢合理, 環境好. 職員都熱情! continue reading

係朋友口中得知花月宮除左食點心,晚市仲有打邊爐,而且有好多特式湯底,我同豬先生冇湯水人仕最愛周圍飲湯。餐廳在2/F一入門口,窗邊見到不少猫猫陶瓷偶, 很可愛。坐底已經會擺上9宮格既調味盤,自己調味,最推介佢個沙茶醬,超惹味~🔸黑松露野菌鍋成個銅煲上枱超有氣派,目測起碼有6-7款菌類係湯,有杏包菇、秀珍菇、鮮冬菇、白花菇、黑木耳、靈芝菇片等,而黑松露真係帶起哂成個湯頭既香味~🔸珊瑚蚌質感爽脆彈牙,嚼勁十足!不含膽固醇、脂肪、滋陰補腎、營養價值高。🔸美國頂級手切封門柳每隻牛只有一條,肉味濃又有甜味,輕輕燙下好嫩口🔸滑雞片雞肉又薄又嫩,廚師好刀工。 既能縮短燙熟時間,又維持到口感。🔸流沙黃金蝦丸(4粒) 蝦丸鮮味彈牙,新鮮即製,係蝦丸的中間包左一小粒咸蛋王,新穎有創意。🔸野菌黑松露餃餃子真材實料,粒粒都漲卜卜,肉既比例比例高,但係黑松露既香氣好足。🔸田園拼盤有多款唔同得蔬菜,擺盤靚仔。有唐萵、超甜玉米、紅毛生菜、油麥菜、羽衣甘藍、唐生茶、蕃茄仔。全部都處理洗好,乾淨新鮮爽脆~總體而言,打邊爐,食材新鮮,而且湯底好好味,下次會再來試下其他湯底,例如魚頭湯底,冬蔭公湯底等 continue reading

作為一名係屯門住了超過20年的吃貨都曾經為了尋找好吃的餐廳來到田景,但今次唔再係買外賣回家一個人獨自享受了曾誤打誤撞在Covid期間經過一次花月宮的大門,心想在一個這般隱蔽的小商場上也有一間裝修得如此精緻的火鍋店。而且價錢都可比得上市區的價格,到底是真的值得嗎?今次終於有機會興家人前來一探究竟,一入店內已感覺到十分寬敞,設有大量中式擺設,設計也十分明亮大方。卡位可坐4人也綽綽有餘,而今次只有兩人的我當然覺得十分舒適。醬料選擇都比較多,承惠 $18 一位。而且沒有茶水,一定要另叫飲品。四川麻辣鍋 $128點了 小辣。中麻平是係一位大辣妹的我覺得可以由中辣開始,因為小辣煮到最後都唔會變辣 但都好香....湯底值得點讚係本身已有不少鴨血和冰豆腐,,,冰豆腐十分吸湯 而鴨血十分嫩滑。流沙黃金蝦丸(4粒) $68第一道一定要介紹全晚最好食的流沙黃金蝦丸好後悔無點到一份 8粒。肉眼可見每一粒都帶有最少一隻完整的鮮蝦,平時食手打蝦丸都未必會有咁 大隻蝦肉內餡包了一小粒鹹蛋黃,先要講一下口感彈牙到真係好爽脆,而且好有鮮味,完全感覺唔到加了麵粉和肥豬肉鹹鮮的碗搭一流,值得encore。台山蠔 $138和蝦丸一樣出色的仲有台山蠔,隻隻都大大隻,超肥美。睇落都係有心洗過 唔會太多黑邊。可見煮完都完全無縮水,重點 真係好鮮甜 好乾淨,一D異味都無 而且無食到有沙愛蠔人士必衝,一人食哂一份都唔會膩白鱔片 $88好少火鍋店會有白鱔片做火鍋料,而且可見刀功都好好除了有少少細骨之外都片得好薄,所以好快就會熟 。食落口感都好有層次,魚肉帶有少少爽,魚皮卻帶有少少軟糯。澳洲羊肉卷 $128偏瘦 ,無騷味。鵝腸 $108份量十分足夠。 continue reading
