位於九龍荔枝角長義街九號D2 Place ONE三樓303號舖的Food Garden,主打精緻高級西餐。餐廳的環境整潔舒適,以深綠色作主調,燈光柔和浪漫。如果點菜上毫無頭緒,可以點選性價比頗高的二人精選套餐。筆者聞說這餐廳的慢煮脆乳豬十分出色,所以特意點了一客。餐廳採用傳統的下單方式。📌慢煮脆乳豬 - $368Slow cooked Suckling Pig烤乳豬新鮮熱辣地上桌了,香氣四溢。一份約有十件乳豬,適合二至三人享用。乳豬已預先去骨,啖啖肉,吃起來暢快又過癮。乳豬外皮脆卜卜,肥瘦適中,慢煮溫度和時間恰到好處,肉質嫩滑,感覺也不會太過肥膩。筆者下班後帶著疲憊的身軀來用餐,吃一口脆口的烤乳豬,滿足得手舞足蹈。乳豬旁還有蜜糖芥末醬,沾少許同吃,令乳豬的味道更為豐富。順便一提,如果能提供少許配菜,菜式整體味道會更為豐富。。📌墨西哥玉米脆片 - $68Nachos Guacamole 筆者頗為愛吃牛油果醬 (Guacamole ),質感幼滑,牛油果味濃厚,而且份量充足,最後一片玉米脆片也能佔上醬汁。筆者喜愛將牛油果醬和忌廉芝士(Cream-cheese) 各取一半混和,變相就像多了一款醬汁去搭配玉米脆片了。筆者愛用手直接享用Nachos,感覺更為豪爽暢快。女店員也遞上了濕紙巾,供筆者清潔雙手,頗為貼心。。店員的服務態度有禮而細心,吃過主菜後,店員會更換餐具,新餐具不會沾滿了主菜的醬汁。。📌精選蛋糕 - $48Selected Cakes是日精選蛋糕為日式海綿芝士蛋糕,上層的芝士蛋糕質感細緻,底層海綿蛋糕鬆鬆軟軟。筆者和朋友一人一件小蛋糕,份量剛剛好。。📌薄荷朱古力 (凍) - $48Mint Chocolate先將飲品攪拌均勻,再享用,味道會更佳。朱古力和牛奶的味道頗為濃厚,絕對是一杯令人放鬆的Comfort Drink,而且飲品的份量也不會太過稀少。 continue reading

由於家人工作忙碌,所以隨意的選了一間在家附近的西餐廳與家人食生日飯。Food Garden ETC勝在位置方便,位於地鐵站出口旁的D2 Place商場內。餐廳的店面寬廣,座位寬闊舒適。先透過openrice預訂了座位,實際上餐廳內的客人不多,即使沒有訂座也不用等位。田園沙律 ($88),另加$68要了煙三文魚,第一次吃過百元一份沙律🥗每人可分到一大片煙三文魚,但沙律菜的用料都很普通,即使不加煙三文魚,也不太值$88這價錢。脆炸北海道生蠔,炸蠔的脆漿不會太厚,外脆內軟嫩,一咬開,蠔汁溢出,蠔味滿滿!汁燒原隻東瀛魷魚,魷魚燒得剛好,口感彈牙不會韌,蘸燒汁來吃,更為惹味~~巴馬火腿配蜜瓜,份量適中,惟火腿的賣相及擺盤都不吸引。火腿的鹹香味一般,蜜瓜偏乾身亦不夠香甜。法式虎蝦多士,一份有兩大件,法包面層鋪上蝦膠,製成蝦多士。蝦的香味不夠突出,而且這份蝦多士略為油膩。燒牛舌,牛舌大片,有咬口得來又不會韌,算是軟稔易咬,有牛香,幾好味!水牛城雞翼,炸得香脆,而且有滿滿醬汁包裹住雞翼,但辣度不太夠。法式蝸牛,賣相不討好,泥綠色汁液溢出,已有點影響食慾。菜式絲毫沒有任何搭配就索價$128,在中環找一家較便宜的法國菜餐廳,一份法式焗蝸牛有配搭之餘,亦不用這個價位。而且侍應上菜時沒有提供合適的餐具,一位職員需要問另一位職員,我們才得到夾鉗及小叉。香蒜蜆肉意粉,大蜆的蜆肉鮮嫩無沙,香蒜意粉爽滑又惹味。牛油果醬蟹肉薄餅,明明餐牌寫的是牛油果醬,結果出來的是切件的牛油果🥑鋪左蟹肉pizza上,賣相同樣不吸引。單是蟹肉pizza是不錯的,都嚐到淡淡的蟹味。蛋糕選了朱古力蛋糕,在openrice預訂時落了remark要在甜品寫生日祝賀語,但店家似乎是miss了這個remark啊!朱古力蛋糕有點像brownie,但質感及味道都很普通,沒什麼特別。而且我們是用餐完結,最後才點蛋糕,但點完之後,侍應沒有立即送上。我以為是在寫祝賀字句,但原來只是因為我沒講即起。飲品點了凍薄荷朱古力 ($48)及Sangria (150ml) ($80),飲品的價錢也是不便宜啊!有幾道食物的味道不錯,但綜合來說,食物質素不值這個價位。雖然職員的態度不會很差,但由兩件小事就可見服務不夠妥貼。 continue reading

宜家大家忙碌到食生日飯都要穩方便d既餐廳食飯,現代人壓力大,不過呢餐生日飯都唔算係無失望,炒雜菌+三文魚扒+椰菜花飯,雜菌炒得好好味,入味又爽脆,而且唔油膩,鹹淡適中,三文魚扒煎得就比較普通,自己係屋企煎都可以做到,但係餐廳調味比較好,三文魚皮煎得好脆,一啖油脂味好香,搭配椰菜花飯好搭,米飯比較軟腍;甜品心太軟都幾唔錯,一刀切流心朱古力,外脆入邊軟,甜度都剛剛好。 continue reading

好多人都話d2 place好多野食,最近留意到嗰度睇戲都好平,咁就一於睇戲之前去試下食嘢啦。呢度嘅環境幾好,雖然好多人等位,但係佢都會比到一個好好坐既環境比你,同朋友傾偈都好有私人空間。我覺得呢度最抵讚嘅,就係黑松露薯條,本身我以為剩係得黑松露醬,估唔到佢真係有黑松露,而且份量仲好多。脆脆嘅薯條襯埋黑松露,原來真係好好食,大家都應該試下呀。本身以為呢度嘅餐廳都係俾人影相打卡用,估唔到真係會有餐廳咁好食,以後都應該會再嚟試吓食呢度既其他餐廳啊。 continue reading

今日同小朋友起D2 place玩完好肚餓,見到呢間餐廳幾靚同食物幾吸引就衝入去試了☺️我地嗌左慢煮脆乳豬、夏威夷手工薄餅、凍薄荷朱古力😋慢煮脆乳豬,乳豬經過長時間的低溫烹調,肉質極其細嫩,每一口都有絲絮般的口感。而外層則烤得金黃酥脆,入口即化,香氣四溢。這樣的對比讓各種味覺感官瞬間得到極大的滿足!夏威夷手工薄餅,這款薄餅選用了新鮮的鳳梨和火腿作為主料,每一片都酥脆而不失嚼勁。鳳梨的甜味和火腿的鹹香互相交融,令人難以抗拒。薄餅的番茄醬底更加提升了整體風味,讓人一口接一口,回味無窮。凍薄荷朱古力,濃郁的黑朱古力和香甜的cream再淋上清涼的薄荷醬完美結合,每一口都清甜解暑☺️ continue reading
