As the name suggests, the restaurant specializes in duck dishes as well as contemporary Cantonese cuisine.Peking DuckA must-try signature. A plate of sliced duck with half plain skin and half meat with skin. Very crispy skin with extra fat removed. Thin, soft and pliable pancake.Barbecued Yunnan Black Pig "Charsiu"Sweet and thick honey sauce. Rather strong-flavored. Good balance of fat and lean meat. The leaner part was surprisingly tender. Fried Shrimp in Salted Egg Yolk with Corn FlakesCoated in a crunchy batter with briny and savory salted egg yolk. Topped with cornflakes which added another layer of texture. Fresh and moist shrimp. Delicately seasoned. Overall excellent food and attentive service which totally worths the price.
