To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚雙老趁有晚市特惠價食蝴蝶斑，便去食晚飯，他們很滿意條魚。另外叫了兩個餸，一碟例牌燒腩仔，價錢唔算平，水準都算不過不失，無乜特別。另一個餸是海蔘雜菌豆腐煲，見價錢比其他菜貴，都應有少少海蔘啩，點知就中伏，只得幾粒刴碎少過半吋的海蔘粒，雜菌亦只有七八粒砌成片的草菇，整個煲（例牌菜的大小）變成主要是食兩塊及獻汗。其實，兩老已因之前小菜質素及性價，而得久無去這間

服務十分差，縱使有經驗的部長也缺乏解決問題能力，另外需要沖茶冲水無人處理，要自己去茶水間處理，在茶水間有服務員見到客人自己沖水，亦不會主動幫客人。食物價格不便宜，但食物質素只是一般。本人不會再選擇去此酒樓，過程不好受，只會受氣。

揾食肥華自問，每個食評，無論好，劣，都係向該間食店俾足銀両，但OPenRiCe嘅審批，接二連三質疑，肥華，對食店啲好評，是否收咗該店利益而寫，真令肥華氣結！有見及此，肥華决定由今篇，食評開始，衹寫被肥華認為係差劣嘅食店及食品！1月28日，揾食肥華同靚媽，捨近圖遠，到美孚呢間酒楼飲早茶，因靚媽，每月都和好友，在比店，有晚飯敍會，而每次此店食品，都令靚媽各人滿意，所以靚媽一直都想，到此店飲早茶，睇下啲早茶食品得唔得。點知唔食由自可，一食，肥華同靚媽就把幾火，此店嘅早茶食品，大都係劣食，煎堆淋榭榭，綿花雞嘅魚肚硬夾爽，梅菜肉餅飯，啲餸冇味飯粒好削，柴魚豬骨粥希均均，加埋其他，好食有限嘅點心，此店呢餐早茶，可被肥華評為，災難級劣食🙅♂️🙅♂️🙅♂️🙅♂️🙅♂️
