鮨一日本料理 G One Sushi Japanese Restaurant📍荃灣大壩街79號地舖同好take care我嘅一位朋友食飯,揀咗荃灣一間好受歡迎嘅日本餐廳食晚餐。邊食新鮮嘅食材,邊傾偈談心,真係人生一大樂事! 💰$78蟹肉牛油果凱撒沙律 🥗粟米、蕃茄仔、沙律菜全部都好fresh,每樣咬落都充滿水分,非常清新鮮甜。蟹肉、蟹籽、牛油果三者完美配合,令沙律食落多咗海鮮嘅鮮味,入口可以食到牛油果嘅軟滑同蟹籽嘅爽脆,口感上變得更有層次,配上特別嘅dressing,異常醒胃,整體比一般caesar salad更豐富。 💰$198日本黑鮪魚中拖羅刺身 🍣識我嘅都知我真係幾抗拒食吞拿魚刺身,真係得好少嘅次數係俾我食到好味兼我接受到嘅吞拿魚刺身。朋友話鮨一嘅刺身出名新鮮,所以呢晚叫咗廚師推介嘅日本黑鮪魚中拖羅刺身,希望可以令我對吞拿魚刺身有所改觀。 💰$98針魚刺身 🐟第一次食針魚,見到晒全條魚嘅樣貌。顧名思義,呢款魚嘅下顎有一枝針,針嘅尖端有少少紅色,魚身偏幼長,帶閃嘅銀色極為搶眼。佢嘅魚肉白得嚟有少少透光,喺燈光下細心睇,仲會見到佢呈銀色嘅筋,真係好靚。雖然佢嘅肉味偏淡,但勝在肉質鮮甜彈牙,係少有我喜歡嘅魚類刺身。 💰$45鹽燒牛舌串 🐄朋友叫咗串鹽燒牛舌,佢話牛舌燒得外脆內嫩,而且富有鹽香,簡單調味已能帶出牛舌自身嘅鮮味同牛香。 💰$68鹽燒活白鱔串 🍢我就揀咗串鹽燒活白鱔,白鱔有充分油脂,外皮亦燒得香脆軟糯,魚肉鮮美豐厚,但白鱔始終帶幼刺,食用時要加倍小心。 💰$62清酒煮蜆 🐚呢個價錢食到呢個份量同水準嘅清酒煮蜆,認真值回票價!每隻蜆都非常飽滿,食落口中不帶一點腥味或一粒細沙,可見廚師嘅用心。我留意到佢嘅清酒加入咗七味粉,所以啲蜆食落會略帶微辛,放埋一齊煮嘅大根煮得好入味淋身,每件都吸盡清酒湯汁嘅精華,讚! 💰$128鱈魚白子 🧠我會用呢個emoji,因為我真係覺得白子女似腦!其實佢係鱈魚精巢嚟,含豐富蛋白質,富營養價值!但由於我比較怕呢種半軟半滑嘅口感,而且知道佢嘅真身令我有點卻步,所以最後我都無鼓起勇氣,試下佢係咩味,真失敗⋯⋯ 💰$98甲羅燒 🦀最後一道上嘅菜式係甲羅燒,相信淨係個樣都已經吸引到唔少人想一試佢嘅滋味。蟹蓋內放滿蟹膏醬,配上新鮮日本蛋黃,灑上蔥花,輕輕攪拌後,將蟹膏醬放上烤過嘅薄麵包上面食,滿口都係蟹膏嘅香醇,絕對係齒頰留香! continue reading

今日係荃灣做完野 同老公食日本嘢撐枱腳打開Google Maps搵最近嘅日式餐廳就搵到呢間 上網見到食評都唔錯 一於入去試吓老公必叫海膽飯 佢有兩個份量 分兩個價錢我哋要咗大size 另外嗌咗個拖羅飯同埋清酒煮蜆 海膽真係好鮮甜 又好重海水味解凍解得剛剛好😋入口夠凍冰冰 咬落都冇冰粒每一啖都係享受😚😚😚大滿足拖羅飯就比較平庸一啲喇 首先份量比較少大拖夠肥美但係淡而無味反而赤身就算中上 咬落質感棉滑帶絲絲甜味飯底亦做得唔錯 夠黏口唔會太多醋唔會搶咗魚生嘅風頭清酒煮蜆都算好味,係大蜆 !不過份量都係比較少總括嚟講,如果嚟食海膽我都幾推薦 continue reading

🍽️長野縣高糖度蕃茄沙律呢個沙律裏面有粟米、蕃茄、蟹籽同沙律菜,食落去感覺好清新且鮮甜!而且每食一啖都好有口感,配埋特調嘅醬汁,食完覺得好開胃😆🍽️特上十貫目呢個特上十貫目有十款唔同種類嘅壽司,如海膽、蟹籽、帶子、三文魚、甜蝦同拖羅等⋯食壽司點可以唔將Wasabi加豉油一齊食呀,正呀😜🍽️深海池魚王刺身我哋叫咗半份刺身,總共有八片。見到碟刺身就知師傅刀工有幾出色,刺身上碟後仍然可以透出碟嘅花紋,池魚嘅魚肉晶瑩通透,食落仲好鮮甜!佢仲會有啲帶有酸味嘅醬汁,我建議大家可以先唔沾醬汁,之後再沾醬汁食,咁就有2種唔同嘅口感同味道😎🍽️鹽燒油甘魚鮫呢個油甘魚鮫都幾大舊,而且食落啖啖肉,因為用咗鹽燒嘅煮法,令到啲皮脆卜卜,肉質都幾滑,食落都唔錯😝🍽️赤血引亦血印食落好新鮮,不過唔知係咪心理因素影響,覺得味道有啲似吞拿魚,但血味更濃郁,所以餐廳特別放咗檸檬係赤血印旁邊,可以俾唔同嘅客人調整返自己中意嘅口味,都係一個幾有趣嘅新嘗試😌🍽️鹽燒黑豚腩串黑豚腩係「燒」嘅過程當中,「燒」呢個煮法會令到腩肉表面嘅油脂會稍微溶化,將豐富油脂鎖實,而黑豚腩肉質鮮嫩,肥而又唔會好油膩,食落非常多汁添🤪🍽️燒豆腐串當豆腐經過燒嘅過程中,燒完嘅豆腐食落表面係脆而內裏係滑溜,加埋師傅用咗特調嘅醬汁搽落豆腐一齊燒,所以食個陣唔會覺得豆腐好淡😛 continue reading
