To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間店應該是這裡附近的人氣皇了,平日的晚上全場爆滿,還有人在排隊,叫外賣的也一堆!不過吃完以後,才明白為什麼這麼多人了,份量足,味道好,價錢又不貴!女生可能要2個人吃一碟才能吃完了!即叫即炸椒鹽豬扒飯(78元)來到真的超大碟的,差不多是平常的1.5倍的份量,飯加豬扒就像一座小山一樣!上面有大量的椒鹽,蔥花,辣椒,單是聞就非常惹味了,再配上炒得粒粒分明的炒飯,吃起來特別香和回味!而豬扒炸得外脆內軟,肉也很厚,吃起來非常滿足!脆皮牛腩飯(88元)上面一排的脆皮牛腩,份量十足,炸得表面非常香脆,內裡牛腩肉質帶點彈性,吃起來牛肉味香濃,再配上香濃的沙嗲汁,更突出牛肉的香味!而炒飯底都是一樣的,不過就因為配上了沙嗲汁後,味道會更香濃惹味,罪惡感提升!金飯仔沙嗲三寶(38元)這小食的份量挺不錯,用料挺足,都切得非常大片,食材都吸飽醬汁,味道香濃,口感爽滑嫩都有!手攪檸檬茶/水(+8元)這個就是港式檸檬茶的味道,不過就已經幫你弄好了檸檬,來到直接喝就可以了! continue reading

繼續係豬扒系列,利申都隔咗成十日先再食㗎,只係對上一個post遲出咋🤪一心諗住堂食就可以食到最熱辣辣、最香脆嘅炸豬扒飯,亦係對炸物表達尊重🫡平時屋企炸嘢食,感覺到嗰股熱氣騰騰,都總要攤一攤先夠膽開動,但係今餐我只係影咗兩張相、聽咗一分鐘電話,豬扒連同成碟飯就已經變得微暖,入口冇難度🫠落單到上枱唔夠5分鐘,上枱嗰吓亦唔覺得佢好熱,望住眼前「製作需時 請耐心等候」嘅招牌,真係份外諷刺🥲不過都要讚吓個豬扒真係又厚又大塊,肉腍得嚟,冇我最驚嘅嫩肉粉味,而且外皮夠脆,如果再多啲椒鹽味就更好,依家似係避風塘口味多啲🤔同上一間唔同,呢間碟飯嘅份量係大到要打包走,可以一餐當兩餐食🍚 continue reading

金飯館嘅椒鹽豬扒炒飯有啲特點,豬扒帶有油脂,但缺乏水分,所以食落嚟有啲乾。不過,椒鹽豬扒放喺炒飯上面,多餘嘅炸蒜為整道菜帶嚟濃厚嘅味道。食完之後,炸蒜嘅香氣仲停留喺口中。不過,用炒飯做飯底令整道菜略顯遜色,炒飯嘅味道唔夠突出,冇咁香。呢樣嘢令配料好易搶去主角嘅位置,炒飯作為飯底嘅意義變得唔太明顯。雖然炒飯嘅口感乾身,碟底亦冇多餘嘅油,顯示師傅嘅手藝真係好出色。只係可惜嘅係,因為上面嘅配料,經常會忽略底下嘅炒飯部分。呢個真係一個可惜嘅地方。總括而言,金飯碗嘅椒鹽豬扒炒飯有啲獨特嘅風味,椒鹽豬扒同香口嘅炸蒜為整道菜增添咗濃厚嘅味道。不過,炒飯作為飯底嘅表現略顯平淡,缺乏米香,而且容易被配料所掩蓋。雖然整道菜嘅口感乾身,碟底亦保持住乾爽,但好可惜,炒飯部分經常會被忽略。希望未來可以進一步改進,更好地平衡炒飯同配料之間嘅味道,令每一口都能夠充分品味到炒飯嘅美味。 continue reading
