呢間西貢隱世小店絕對有誠意，配料新鮮健康，注重細節，看得出大廚有心思。蒜香意粉炒得非常乾身彈牙，唔油膩，仲有少少焦邊，十分香口，充滿蒜味。記得要加$40做套餐，有湯/沙律+飲品。飲品中有冷壓果汁選擇，仲要係幾樣蔬菜生果綜合嗰種，喺中環淨係杯果汁都要$60啦，我選擇了甘筍+橙+檸檬汁，非常fresh和清甜。舖頭內還有售賣很多有機護膚品和健康食品，相信店主也是主張天然無添加。我本身有味精敏感，食完完全冇唔舒服，值得讚賞！ continue reading

    店內裝潢以木製為主，營造出家的舒適感。當日嘗試了店主推介的健康之選：牛油果蟹肉酸種面包+鮮榨橙汁黑咖啡牛油果香味非常濃郁，配搭啖啖蟹肉，非常有滿足感。酸種面包外面非常脆但不會過硬，中間部分夠軟熟，比好多地方的酸種面包優勝。橙汁加黑咖啡是一個新鮮的配搭，味道酸酸甜甜夏天解渴剛剛好，而且不會搶過黑咖啡的香味。讓人驚喜的一間小店，非常欣賞店內有不少健康為主的飲食配搭，下次一定會再惠顧，亦會推介給身邊朋友😇 continue reading

    歺廳門口不起眼，只是一間細細的咖啡店，環境內里舒適&cosy！廚師，蔡老闆對飲食好有要求，不但美味還要健康，常常創新，煮出美味的食物。已經是第二幫襯，除了喜歡的spaghetti carbonara, 今日還試到新菜式蟹肉牛油果sour dough, 炸魚薯條配黑松露mayonnaise, 香辣大蝦意粉，絕不會令我失望，美味。還有cold pressed orange juice & Nespresso, l like it! continue reading
