2023年的聖誕選在唯港薈Staycation,晚餐也在這酒店的餐廳訂了位。GREEN 的聖誕半自助晚餐在晚上7點開始。座位上放了一些變裝用帽子之類給客人在用餐之餘更享受節日的氣氛。半自助晚餐 (HKD 788/位) 有海鮮拼盤 + 自助美食 + 主菜 + 飲品 + 咖啡或茶。海鮮拼盤 看起來很豐富。蟹腳幾鮮甜,不過拆殼時很冰。蠔不算很肥美,但食落都幾很鮮甜。鮑魚質感彈牙,而且是清酒煮的。最後還有厚切的刺身和甜蝦,不過不失那樣子吧。自助美食都有海鮮,會推薦的是龍蝦。自助美食當然還有沙津和前菜,款式不算很多,所以每款也試都沒問題。吞拿魚他他配青瓜和鵝肝多士的話吃過覺得可以再拿多幾次。在坐下來不久,職員便放下了一盒兩個的黑色麵包﹐沒特別的味道。就中間有芝士和麵包都軟熟,可以配龍蝦湯來吃。主菜我選了 燒草飼羊架配迷迭香燒汁羊肉味道不算太濃,只吃到一點點的羶味,肉質細嫩多汁。燒汁中多了香草的味道,吃起來的惹味更為獨特。另外一個主菜選了 燒法國嫩火雞伴煙火腿配丁香麵包汁比起平時吃過的火雞確實是比較嫩口。甜品方面,大部份的都是以聖誕為主題。整體是不過不失的水準,沒想到會有迷你的榴槤芝士撻吃。另外還有朱古力雪糕,但朱古力的濃度不算很高。在用餐的期間會有聖誕老人來和大家合照和派餅乾。半自助餐包了兩杯飲品,有果汁亦有咖啡。 continue reading

Green's Christmas Afternoon Tea is available and it was really spectacular. Please skip lunch and dinner as it was so fulfilling that despite the unlimited icecream, I wasn't able to have much.First this set actually includes 3 drinks (Yup, three).  There was the sparkling wine, coffee/tea and the Godiva Hot Chocolate Reindeer.The Godiva Mocha was fantastic and it mainly had the sweet aroma of the chocolate without being sweet(which was really important as there were so many desserts)The hot chocolate was definitely fun to have and so cute.The lobster bisque was definitely my favorite starter especially given the cool weather.The mains were as good as their usuals. I was hoping it to have a stronger chocolate taste to it as it is labeled as chocolate sauce for both dishes but I guess balancing the chocolate for the savory dish can be a bit tricky. Still happy with both dishes.The dessert stand came and it was stunning as usual, no matter the appearance, amount and taste.Out of all desserts, my favorite was definitely the black forest chocolate puff where the cherry was glazed perfectly. The unlimited ice-cream had a lot of toppings to choose from and definitely made each cup look more festive than usual. 好耐冇黎呢間嘆tea, 今次係「蝶舞仙境」日本士多啤梨祭下午茶🍓入黎冇耐就落野飲order, 我揀左 “Sliver Moon” (銀月綠茶), 勁香莓味~首先, 就上頭盤先, 由左至右:“日本士多啤梨醬焗鮮鮑魚配洋蔥及煙肉日本士多啤梨西班牙凍湯杯法國鵝肝醬配加拿大蟹肉及風乾日本士多啤梨”士多啤梨味突顯頭盤食材既鮮味, 所以真係好開胃跟住就上埋主菜(三揀一):“烤草飼牛扒配西蘭花苗伴日本士多啤梨蜜糖汁” , 肉質非常嫩又煮得岩岩好 同士多啤梨汁幾夾食哂頭盤主菜過多15分鐘之後, 終於上tea set啦~ 雖然係一人份, 不過成set賣相同樣勁夢幻勁靚 相信係影得最耐既一次再食日本五種產地既士多啤梨, 各有千秋; 個人覺得奈良, 熊本同佐賀甜酸度平均又夠哂香~甜點我就唔逐樣評, 每件甜點既士多啤梨味唔會蓋過哂d味; 加埋心形圖案令賣相加分, 睇得又食得抹茶fans既我首推 “士多啤梨綠茶芝士餅” 同埋 “士多啤梨抹茶蛋糕卷” , 抹茶味夠濃, 又食到香甜既原粒士多啤梨另外 “愛心朱古力杯” 倒熱鮮奶之後就變成牛奶朱古力, 建議邊食甜點邊慢慢飲~至於free flow既 “Godiva士多啤梨軟雪糕” , 同樣有香甜既士多啤梨味但好快溶, 建議最後至食服務方面都幾好, 例如: 落order個陣職員會俾中肯建議, 埋單個陣又主動問好唔好食☺️因為呢間既tea set既鹹點改為頭盤同主菜, 所以整體黎講非常豐富下次會再黎試特別tea set啦~ continue reading
