虽然难得来一次深水埗,但每次来都会被小店的魅力所折服。·十年如一日的老派也好,专于几种特色的新秀也好,大排长龙的游客必吃店也好,大份抵食的亲民街坊店也好,呼之欲出的烟火气就在一条条窄窄的、拥挤的街道上强有力地铺开,能感受到那一份属于庶民饮食的浓墨重彩,正鲜活在傍晚悉数亮起的灯光下。·奔着应该是全港唯一一家筲箕河粉来的,嗦过这么多粉,筲箕河粉倒是第一次听说,成功引起了我的好奇。点完单后现场制作,这才看清原来米浆是平摊在筲箕上蒸熟的,原理跟抽屉式肠粉相似,但更具传统特色。·店面装修也是怀旧风格,只能外带或者立食,但这类小吃肯定是现做现吃最佳。招牌筲箕河粉有丰富的配料选择,小食种类也不少。整体性价比高,份量和味道都不会令人失望,走过路过推荐一试。·【手撕雞筲箕河粉】筲箕河粉比刀削面还要宽,厚度跟布拉肠粉类似,柔滑弹韧的嚼感中流露出细腻的米香。手撕鸡给得太实在了,肉质不错,调味也没有太浓郁而抢去了河粉的风头。淋上咸香的豉油,沾上手撕鸡的芝麻,大口嗦很爽。·【滷水大雜燴】其实一份河粉都快饱了,但我眼大肚皮小还点了份大杂烩。牛三宝的肉质还行,所有食材入味也不错,但跟专门的牛杂店相比,卤水还是差点功夫。 continue reading
