🤫 第二三個刺身係成餐最Impress嘅..分別係啖啖肉又超鮮味嘅松葉蟹肉配蟹醋&金蓮葉同埋勁厚肉鮮甜嘅象拔蚌刺身..真係食得出嗰種不時不食嘅真理☺️松葉蟹肉一梳梳混合超提鮮嘅蟹醋啫喱放入口..嗰種令人感動嘅味道行勻所有味蕾🤩而講究位係師傅要我哋留最後一啖蟹肉用的的骰骰嘅金蓮葉包住放入口..金蓮葉自帶嘅輕輕辛辣味猶如一種天然清新嘅調味Refresh我哋嘅口腔😌
🤫 然後最後一個刺身係磯煮鮑魚配師傅即場調味嘅肝醬飯..鮑魚有兩大片..又係勁厚肉..彈牙但係一啲都唔韌..而且嗰種磯煮係少有嘅令我覺得唔會太過甜嘅味道..問返師傅先知原來佢係用幾種醬汁同Sake去完成整個蒸煮過程..而鮑魚底下嘅肝醬飯亦都唔係簡單嘅料理..師傅話佢喺烹調鮑魚嘅同時提取咗鮑魚嘅肝醬加以調味再即席混合埋壽司醋飯製作而成..一片鮑魚再加一啖肝醬飯..口感變化多咗..味道亦都變得更加鮮味..真心覺得鮨宏嘅Omakase入邊每一道菜都係嗰種瑣碎但係講究嘅料理
🤫 然後就係外表非常之簡單嘅三文魚籽茶碗蒸..開頭諗住平平無奇冇乜特別..加咗幾粒三文魚籽確實係鮮甜好多..點知越食越有..問師傅先知道..嗰種鮮甜唔單止係三文魚籽嘅鮮甜..入邊原來仲有海膽同埋爽口嘅粒貝加埋好多嘅雞肉粒粒..除咗海鮮嘅鮮味仲帶有雞嘅精華..除咗鮮甜都仲係鮮甜😳
🤫 即刻嚟嘅壽司部份~第一件係平政魚壽司..咬口依然係彈牙..味道清甜..再一次由淡口開始..然後就係勁新鮮嘅赤貝壽司..赤貝相當重份量..好厚身好大隻..爽口甜美..一放落口就知新鮮☺️
🤫 之後就係好少唔需要火炙..味道都非常濃郁油脂滿滿嘅右口魚群邊壽司..據師傅講要真係好肥美嘅右口魚先可以做到唔使火炙都滲滿魚油香氣㗎🤤
🤫 第四件壽司係用粉紅岩鹽輕輕調味嘅帆立貝壽司..帆立貝大大粒唔再講..最特別係彰顯到師傅嘅刀工..帆立貝切成花形幼條..口感同平時食嘅好唔同..估唔到簡單嘅帆立貝都可以做到咁有創意
🤫 再嚟就係啖啖肉嘅甜蝦壽司..兩隻甜蝦都有手指咁粗..嗰種鮮甜比起平時食細細條嘅真係非常之有落差感..嗰種甜味係會齒頰留香㗎😌
🤫 第七件係肥美到黐咗線嘅大拖羅壽司..嗰下好搞笑..咁師傅係兩件兩件咁樣送去俾唔同嘅食客嘅..然後你會聽到兩個兩個食客咁樣讚嘆嗰一件大拖羅嘅肥美..感覺好似係睇演唱會做人浪效果咁..忍唔住同W豬笑咗🤣
🤫 讚嘆聲一浪接一浪😆之後呢件雖然都係拖羅..但係成個味覺感官都好大分別..講緊嘅就係呢件火炙大拖羅壽司..呢件火炙大拖羅壽司睇落簡直係好似啲人幫壽司影寫真嗰種靚樣..嗰啲魚嘅脂肪紋理出晒嚟..靚到呢~再加上入口嗰下..我唔識形容..已經諗唔到更加貼切嘅形容詞..總之就肥美到癲咗啦🤤
🤫 而最後一件壽司..係爆晒出嚟嘅海膽海苔壽司..啲海膽多到跌咗啲出嚟我個手心🤣多都唔係重點..重點係好甜呀~明明呢個時候都未係海膽最肥美嘅時候..但係呢板赤海膽真係鮮甜到不得之了..再加上嗰塊紫菜勁脆口喎..呢一下係大家都靜咗..係用個心去享受呢一件海膽壽司🥳
🤫 壽司部份就係咁圓滿結束咗..唔好以為成件事就係咁簡單..之後嘅汁物係放埋烏冬喺入邊嘅魚湯..一開始覺得有啲古怪..點解會喺個湯度放埋烏冬呢🤔原來師傅認為放埋少量嘅烏冬落去魚湯入邊就能夠令魚湯嘅精華都吸埋入去..真係一滴都唔好嘥呀..好欣賞鮨宏嘅嗰種獨到嘅料理..暫時都未試過其他鮨店有呢個咁強烈嘅感覺
🤫 就連最後嘅甜品都極之有驚喜..同一般嘅餓嗎家姐好唔同嘅係鮨宏嘅甜品相當之別出心裁..平時嗰啲頂多俾兩件水果加一球雪糕咁樣就已經算係好有心嘞..而呢度嘅甜品係三色拼盤嚟㗎🤩又係由淡至濃..分別係柑果啫喱..真係喺個橙皮上邊嘅啫喱☺️少少酸少少甜相當清新嘅感覺..然後就係我覺得需要重點推介嘅豆腐Cake..豆腐部份口感有啲似布甸..師傅話佢試過好多種日本嘅豆漿都做唔到佢想要嘅呢種濃郁豆味..最後佢決定自己買黃豆自己磨再整成而家嘅呢個豆腐Cheese Cake..滑溜嘅豆腐布甸下邊有芝士蛋糕嗰種餅底..真係好好味㗎😋而最後亦都係三個甜品裏便最甜嘅..就係水蜜桃啫喱..雖然話係最甜..但係嗰個甜度係我可以接受到嘅..呢個甜品都係差唔多十個食客都一致讚賞㗎~
🤫 哎~順帶一提..師傅見我咁好傾..請咗我飲杯佢自家釀製嘅果酒..佢話今期嘅果酒係用咗當造嘅福岡士多啤梨配Whiskey..仲有用Vodka浸釀冲繩菠蘿..唔鍾意士多啤梨嘅我梗係揀菠蘿味啦🤭果酒入口順滑..酒精濃度好鬼高..但係配落刺身咪吓咪吓咁又幾過癮喎(W豬就無福消受..大肚媽媽冇得飲😬)大家如果過嚟幫襯..試吓同師傅溝通多啲😳佢會忍唔住請你飲請你食😆

分別有薄切嘅魚背同厚切嘅魚腩,魚背係同紫蘇花捲住一齊食,紫蘇花嘅味道幾有驚喜🤓因為冇平時紫蘇葉咁搶味,呢度嘅刺身豉油鹹度都啱啱好,唔會得一股死鹹嘅味道😌


蒸松葉蟹
下一道菜就係拆晒好肉嘅松葉蟹🦀配埋上面嘅蟹醋啫喱,以為會係凍食,入口嘅時候發現仲係暖暖哋的

象拔蚌係春夏當造,一碟有齊晒象拔蚌嘅唔同部位,厚肉爽口😉

鯛魚白子天婦羅
之前食壽司食過白子天婦羅,但係呢款嘅質感好唔同😆天婦羅嘅炸衣好薄,完全唔會覺得油膩,而入面嘅白子仲係保持到濕潤,冇任何嘅腥味😙


甘鯛立鱗燒
第一次食呢款煮法嘅魚,面層嘅魚皮燒得好脆,好似食緊零食咁,下面嘅魚肉又保持到嫩滑🤩


磯煮鮑魚
鮑魚質感軟腍,味道帶甜,面頭鮑魚肝醬提升咗味道上嘅層次,底下嘅醋飯亦都加入咗鮑魚肝醬,所以帶深綠色🙈


茶碗蒸
暖笠笠嘅茶碗蒸,蒸得滑捋捋啱啱好🍳


壽司就有以下呢幾款🍣
- 池魚王:熟成咗一晚嘅池魚🐟
- 赤貝:非常鮮甜爽口,完全唔會有腥味😎
- 金目鯛:經過炙燒處理,可以逼出魚嘅油分
- 帶子:好有心機咁切晒花🌸面頭灑上咗少少岩鹽
- 牡丹蝦:上面嘅topping係畫龍點睛之作🦐係以蝦殼磨粉炒油,再加入蝦膏調製而成,入口有一種XO醬嘅香味🤩
- 吞拿魚背:醬油漬嘅吞拿魚背,平時比較少食到🙈
- 拖羅:唔使點形容都知一定係入口即溶😝
- 海膽:師傅落海膽嘅份量毫不吝嗇,成塊紫菜入面都係海膽🤤
- 玉子燒:呢度嘅玉子燒都唔簡單🍳個樣好似一嚿布甸咁,原來用咗魚肉、雞蛋、番薯糖、昆布水等整成,好考師傅技巧🫣

甜品之前仲有一碗魚湯,已經煲到變成奶白色,飲得到魚嘅鮮味🐟

平時食omakase甜品通常都係雪糕或者生果,呢度竟然有成個甜品拼盤😳仲要每一款甜品都係師傅自己整,好有心思🫶🏻分別有奇異果啫喱、士多啤梨芝士蛋糕、蜜柑啫喱同水蜜桃啫喱,呢幾款甜品食嘅時候都有順序✨最尾嘅水蜜桃啫喱就係可以慢慢咁清到個口腔,個人最鍾意嘅就係芝士蛋糕🍓甜度啱啱好,又唔會覺得好膩😋
