The crispy skin and sweetness from the Okinawa brown sugar were exceptional! Commonly seen in Indian/ Nepalese cuisine, the tapioca shell served to hold the salmon, avocado and sushi rice in place. It really added a fascinating layer of texture!The eye-catching sushi boat serves fresh sashimis with salmon from Norway & hamachi and tuna from Hokkaido, Japan.It’s really the Japanese’s way to have some carbs after a drinking.
