鴻福堂的鮮白果瑤柱粥對住在香港有著忙碌生活的人來説，幫助很大。大家只要放這急凍包装的粥在水內滾大約五分鐘，便能享用一個類似煲了若干時候的名爐白粥，真是方便。鮮白果瑤柱粥看起來非常健康，養胃益血，兼有滋陰下火的功效。這個方便粥煲得綿綿的，原粒白果味道獨特，但瑶柱就比較難尋。十八元的一個粥，份量也不少，作為早餐也適合。遇著生病的時候，又不想用氣力時間去煲粥的話，這方便粥便會幫助很大，既淸又滋潤，時間又慳回了很多。 continue reading
