原本很期待,1個月前預訂,慶祝生日,點知換來係失望!訂枱時已經remark左希望安排沙發位置,但安排唔到都算,仲要比左一張咩野環境都無既4人枱,但想講係餐廳係唔滿座。咁座位安排唔係保證,我明白,但生日甜品竟然係無安排到… 個甜品係無寫字/插牌之類,我埋單時show左book枱寫既remark比餐廳職員睇,佢淨係一句話可能唔記得左幫我落… 😭😡 然後埋單離開時餐廳職員係唔敢出嚟食物質素方面,洋蔥湯正常,但是日餐湯竟然有苦澀味.. 當日既是日餐湯係椰菜花忌廉湯。而主菜更失望,慢煮鴨髀竟然overcooked,肉質柴皮.. 加左$50 既牛扒🥩有成舊綠色牛油,好鹹..最後打卡係要去廁所條走廊先影到幾張所謂既復古相,所以呢間餐廳無論係食物、營運安排、環境我同屋企人都係極度不滿,以後都唔會再光顧! continue reading

如何將音樂與美食結合?來到JUNON就會找到答案!JUNON 法國菜餐廳位於灣仔,走過旋轉門就如回到50、60年時代,老荷里活電影場景一樣。分開兩邊用餐區域Bistro/ Fine Dining,今次我就來到Fine Dining區域享受LA SCÈNE DE JUNON時光。我與友人各點了一個中午套餐,有前菜、湯、主菜和甜品。當中,主菜中的 - 香焗麵豉三文魚,三味茴香,孜然籽,刁草油 - 最令人垂涎,三文魚鮮甜肉嫩多汁,魚脂回甘,帶甜麵豉調醃讓魚脂香氣在鼻腔口腔回盪,配上茴香更添一陣柑橘香層次👍🏻甜品十分之IGable😍不得不提的當然是由4000多塊玻璃拼砌而成的仙后女神穹頂天花,配上一盞巨型水晶吊燈,古典舞台前𣊬即成為絕美打卡位置! continue reading

見到 restaurant week 有呢間食,見抵就預約午餐,但最後發現自己攪錯了 ,只限指定銀行信用卡,唯有原價埋單 。平時不時行過都冇特別留意,有日同事話想同未婚妻去呢度慶生,至開始留意下,然後睇過一D訪問及介紹餐廳,終於親身感受,入門口就見到非凡的設計,打卡一流,女洗手間亦都佈置得好有心思。坦白講,一分錢一分貨,食環境通常都唔平,而且呢度食物賣相都值呢個價,食物presentation 同餐具都好精緻,再一次推薦打卡必到。味道呢,反而比 presentation 搶了。今次雖然比原價$298/set lunch 未加一,但可以享受到一次咁華麗嘅午餐都係很好體驗呀! continue reading
