有十件白鱔片,全都是中間部位,厚肉大件,外層脆漿又薄又脆,鱔肉新鮮,爽口彈牙,超級好味。餐廳還有其它白鱔菜色,例如清蒸、豉汁蒸、燒汁雜菌炆等,而椒鹽金錢鱔可說是比較懷舊也比較少見的做法,強烈建議大家試一試。

🍽環境:餐廳地方就唔算大,但都叫做光猛乾淨,除左大枱之左都仲有幾張卡位,坐得都算鬆動舒服。


🤵🏻🤵🏻‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️服務:職員服務態度幾好,而且有禮貌,可能都係做開街坊生意,所以比人感覺係親切。


💰💸價錢:兩個人除左雞煲同海鮮外,仲叫左2個小菜同飲品,份量絕對可以夠3~4個人食,計埋加一埋單都只係$6️⃣0️⃣0️⃣,價錢係合理的。


🐲💬總結:整體感覺同食物質素都唔錯,價錢又唔貴,都值得推介。

今次我要同大家分享依間餐廳一間川菜為主餐廳,位於北角食市林立的和富道。舖頭望落應該已經經營多年,由於個人都幾幾鐘意食辣,所以就朋友一齊去幫襯,可能係平日夜晚,只有幾台客人,所以立即有得入座。
廢話唔講咁多直接同大家講下我哋食咗啲咩先:

薑蔥生蠔煲佢哋嘅有別於其他餐廳,係用鐵板上,食嘅時候要小心,因為鐵板嘅熱力令到汁會周圍彈,啲蠔全部都大大粒,蠔炸過再煮真係好正。勁多薑蔥落去爆炒,連啲薑蔥都好好食。每一隻煮完都好大粒,超級肥美。酸菜鮮魚鍋煲內有彈牙嘅鮮魚片同酸菜,個湯底酸酸爽口,魚肉鮮甜。湯底煮得啱啱,唔會太酸又唔會太淡,好適合鍾意酸辣味嘅人!花鵰醉雞如果你鍾意酒香味嘅話,咁就嚟試下花鵰醉雞啦!雞肉鮮嫩多汁,同花鵰嘅味道完美融合。加上啲香料同調味料,令呢道菜更加有層次感同風味!金銀蛋皇帝菜係一道經常都食到菜式,菜葉煮得啱啱好,保持咗蔬菜嘅鮮脆口感,而皮蛋同咸蛋則帶嚟一份豐富嘅層次同味道。
