餐廳:L'AMOUR地點:中環蘭桂坊餐廳裝修以紅色為主,有紅色沙發同餐椅,配水晶吊燈好高貴。仲有一個白色靚靚三角琴,播放抒情音樂。先叫兩杯飲品。Guinness Black BeerGuinness Black Beer用大大隻玻璃啤酒杯裝住,黑底面頭一層泡沫。飲落夠凍,麥味香帶少少苦。梳打水我就簡單叫左杯梳打水。然後就係六道菜晚餐。第一道菜係酸酸甜甜去皮車厘茄6粒,加上綠色紫菜脆脆,面頭再加上番茄雪芭,配有薄荷葉。食落味道酸酸咪咪,又帶薄荷葉清涼味,好清新醒胃,而配上紫菜味道脆脆好夾。第二道菜係香煎法國鵝肝,煎得外脆內軟,入口即溶,食完想再添。墊有一片脆口迷人粉紅色蝦片,更添多重口感。伴有三點紅菜頭醬同紅菜頭絲,可減低油膩感,而透明啫喱好特別,味道有少少苦。食嗮全碟都唔覺膩。第三道菜係豬腩肉,好厚切大大條,燒得外脆內多汁,豬味香,面頭加上蘋果醬同烤豬皮。伴有有機蔬菜,包括甘筍一條同捲得靚靚嘅意大利青瓜,可清清味蕾,中間有滑溜薯蓉,份量少少,唔會太飽。黃色醬汁另上,服務員上碟時幫你淋上去,係用豬肉加甘筍做,令食物更加濕潤。食到呢度已經飽。第四道菜係美國牛扒,用左牛肩部分,一客四件,整得外脆內嫩,肉汁豐富,絕對唔會乾,食落啖啖肉,好有口感。伴有燒汁令味道更好。配有甘筍,薯蓉同蒜蓉醬,蒜蓉醬好香口,配牛扒好正。第五道菜係甜品。甜品係希臘乳酪造嘅碗仔放有新鮮紅桑子,伴有杏仁白朱古力碎加honeycomb薄脆。服務員幫你上紅桑子醬。呢道甜品主要係乳酪配紅桑子味,加上碎碎同honeycomb既多重口感,食完都唔會膩。第六道菜都係甜品。係滑溜厚身朱古力慕絲,加上用一種叫rhubarb既植物整既綠色醬汁,伴有杏仁白朱古力脆脆,honeycomb脆片同薄荷葉。食落都唔會太膩,而且口感多重,為呢餐劃上完美句號。食嗮六道菜我覺得飽度剛好。每道菜擺盤精美,而且服務員都會詳細介紹,座位舒適,服務員態度友善,好有米芝蓮餐廳感覺。 continue reading
