Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前在荃灣返工時,經常來小越廚食晏,是晚經過見好耐無食,就入去食個晚餐先。店內轉左用qr code落單,見枱枱都叫二人餐,就知呢個餐抵食啦,$228有前菜、小食同主食,仲包飲品添😋⭐青木瓜沙律酸酸地嘅開胃菜,唔錯呀。⭐火車頭湯檬粉主食朋友叫左火車頭,有生牛片、牛腩、牛丸等,滿滿一碗勁多肉,湯頭鮮甜又夠熱,好味噃。⭐咖哩豬扒配法包自己就叫左咖喱豬扒,呢款可選配飯、粉或法包,我就揀左後者。豬扒係炸豬扒黎,軟腍無渣,仲有啲炸薯角伴碟添,一個鑊隻入面有數件豬扒,份量真係意外地多,好多肉呀😆法包切了六片,香香脆脆,點咖喱醬食一流呀😋⭐雞翼+春卷+扎肉小食可選三樣,揀左雞翼&春卷&扎肉,本身想叫炸魚餅但已售罄。春卷係芋頭春卷,雞翼有香茅味,兩樣都係即炸熱辣辣。扎肉上面放了肝醬,幾香口喎。⭐泰式海南雞另仲加了一份海南雞,雞件嫩滑,已去骨啖啖肉😋⭐順化炭燒豬肉串仲有燒豬肉串,軟綿綿嘅口感😆同香香的香料味,呢個好食喎😆⭐泰式奶茶(凍&熱)飲品點了一熱一凍的泰式奶茶,茶香奶滑又甜甜的,好飲。無諗過主食份量咁大,驚個餐唔夠食仲額外加左小食,搞到好多肉好飽呀,食肉獸朋友表示好滿足🤤 continue reading

如果喜歡食越式泰式口味,這裡又係一個推薦嘅地方,雖然餐廳唔算大,人多時要等位,但係食物質素同價錢絕對好味超值,加上以小店經營,現在更加要多多支持!晚市嘅2人套餐分量足超抵食,以$228哩個價錢就已包括2款餐牌上的粉麵飯/咖喱之餘跟一客泰式青木瓜沙律,3款小食(每款有3件),2杯飲品,加$30仲可以額外多選其他小食一份今晚就點了冬蔭公香茅豬扒湯河粉及火車頭湯河粉先來泰式青木瓜沙律,青木瓜沙律味道香辣,而且冰冰涼涼,開胃又清爽,入口清新開胃!火車頭湯河粉,以牛骨熬製湯底味道清甜香濃,香味十分濃郁,而湯底相當清徹。配料有充滿膠原蛋白同口感淡嫩不膩嘅牛筋,上枱時仲係微紅肉香嫩滑嘅肥牛及爽口彈牙嘅牛丸,呢一碗絕對係招牌菜,識食都一定會點之選!冬蔭公香茅豬扒湯河粉,冬蔭公湯底有濃郁酸辣味,椰香味十足,而香茅豬扒夠酥香味道唔錯、河粉份量足夠!3款小食就點了蒜香雞翼、河內芋頭海鮮春卷、泰式酸辣鳳爪蒜香雞翼~蒜香濃郁,外面香脆可口,十分美味!河內芋頭海鮮春捲~以糯米製作的透明春捲皮,卜卜脆十分討好,雖然海鮮感覺不多覺,但非常有芋香!泰式酸辣鳳爪口感爽脆,味道刺激,甜、酸、辣同時衝擊味蕾,好吃到停不了口!加了$30點了泰式燒豬頸肉大大份,加埋入口特別軟滑爽彈的口感飲品分別點了牛油果奶昔,由鮮牛油果打成奶昔,口感非常豐厚鹹檸檬七喜有檸檬的酸甜和柑橘香,又有海鹽的鹹鮮,且帶有一絲微苦和滑膩的口感,對於今晚較濃味嘅選擇帶來點潤喉又舒服! continue reading

去完荃灣廣場行街,因為唔想食連鎖餐廳就去左隔離街食呢間越南野,呢度係人手差啲但食物質素都好好味👍🏻而且2人餐真係好抵食,有2個主食,又有沙律、小食同飲品,小食十分推介+$30升級,因為真係好抵食🥰.味道:🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑人均消費:$100~1502人餐 $228泰式蕃茄椰汁 - 雪花肥牛湯河粉椰汁蕃茄湯好好飲,有一種唔辣嘅冬蔭公湯Feel😋肥牛份量都多,唔係啲好Cheap嘅牛肉,配埋湯整體好食👍🏻咖哩雞髀扒飯估唔到係偏港式咖哩,食落唔會好辣但香料味較重😋個飯有驚喜,用左薑黃飯而唔係普通白飯🤩雞髀扒好大塊,但唔係太滑所以普普通通☺️泰式青木瓜沙律木瓜沙律唔係太辣而且食落好爽口,酸辣酸辣好開胃👍🏻升級小食+$30(揀2款)泰式海南雞估唔到俾$30會有半隻海南雞,雞肉比較嫩滑而且無骨係幾方便☺️醬汁係酸辣酸辣,配埋一齊食好正😋泰式燒豬頸肉豬頸肉都好多,俾$30好值得👍🏻即刻燒所以有埋香味😍美中不足係淋咗啲,無左果種豬頸肉嘅口感🥹咖央多士$48呢個推薦一定要叫👍🏻兩款多士夾坐厚厚嘅牛油係好邪惡🤩同埋咖央醬都好多,食落好好味🥰 continue reading

今晚下班跟爸爸到了荃灣晚餐,看過這間越南餐廳便入座了,時間尚早人流未算很多,但我們吃了一會兒餐廳便坐滿人客了。這個的二人餐十分抵吃,$228有兩款主食,可以自選三款小食,有一款青木瓜沙律,仲有兩杯飲品。今晚我跟爸爸加了$30轉配了特色小食兩款。餐廳食物份量相當大十分飽肚,而且十分好吃。泰式青木瓜沙律,酸辣辣很開胃惹味,份量很足好大份。主食方面,我們點了兩款粉,由各款不同的食材、湯底、河粉、檬粉、撈檬、飯可以選擇。咖喱雞髀肉撈檬粉,咖喱相當惹味,帶有濃濃的椰香,而且把咖喱撈上了檬粉,令每一啖檬粉都份外惹味。雞髀肉也相當樂吃,啖啖肉好好味,雞肉嫩滑、咖喱又香。這個主食我十分喜歡,而且份量超多。另一碗是蕃茄雪花肥牛湯檬,湯底酸甜甜的蕃茄為主,配上了肥牛,又香又啖啖肉,仲有檬粉可以吸入蕃茄香味。正。大大碗好抵食。我們升級了小食,點了一款泰式豬頸肉,想不到份量超多,豬頸肉啖啖肉又厚又好咬口,沾埋個醬汁食,酸酸甜甜十分惹味。泰式海南雞份量也很多,海南雞件嫩滑,啖啖肉,豐富好味。飲品點了熱奶茶和梳打汽水!這間小店的食物相當出色,而且價錢相宜,抵食夾大件,食物選擇又多,都會吃到捧着肚走。下次來又會再試吓其他款式。 continue reading

   一行二人到荃灣覓食,在享和街一帶食店林立有很多選擇,還記得之前光顧過一間越南小店「小越廚」印象相當好,味道也難忘。今晚一於再尋味去!   來到小店見到内部裝潢依然是越式風情,還見不少街坊在門外等外賣。内進選了卡位而坐,片刻,忙碌的职員出來招呼簡單介紹了一些菜式,用QR Code下了單。店子雖小但款式卻十分多選擇~除了主打越式菜,還有泰菜,星,馬菜,港式小食,飲品.....等。更設有下午茶餐和不同配搭的套餐等。定價實惠。越式小食拼盤 $ 98一份有四款小食;顺化炭燒豬串,泰式酸辣鳳爪,春卷,雞翼等。豬肉串~幼滑彈牙又有點嚼口,有香料的味道。春卷~外層酥脆蔬菜餡料,美味香口。雞翼~肉質嫩滑juicy。泰式酸辣鳳爪~ 酸酸辣辣又爽口非常醒胃!泰式香辣魚餅  5件 / $ 55魚餅爽口有香茅,黄姜等香料味有點辣,好惹味!咖哩牛筋法包  $ 98這個是我上次來吃了忘不了的味道!熱辣辣香噴噴的!充滿㗎喱香氣,牛筋份量足!牛筋入口又淋又滑醬汁稍稀但味道香濃。法包外脆內鬆軟,點上架喱汁真是其味無窮!越式蔗蝦   $ 58每樣都好味,吃不停口忍不住再Order多一個小食。四大件炸得金黃酥脆!蝦肉入口鮮味爽彈。原來分有两層蝦肉,用了不同材料 醃製的,内層用了姜黃粉之類的香料很有風味,外層原味鮮甜酥脆两重口感十分豐富。這個小食非常有内涵個人很喜歡!豆漿 $ 7甜度適中青檸梳打  $ 12吃過炸物,酸辣味濃食物再飲冰凍青檸梳打口感非常舒服清爽!非常享受這頓泰,越美食很有滿足感!雖然小店只由二人主理,但出菜效率也不算慢,食物有水準是間用心經營的小店。難怪食客不斷,真是平!靚!正!今次的尋味很值得! continue reading
