呢個香茅燒豬頸肉檬粉入面有7舊豬頸肉,燒到好燶邊,咬落唔會乾柴,下面有檬粉、紅蘿蔔絲、青瓜絲、生菜、芽菜等,再倒入酸酸甜甜嘅魚露,非常開胃!

2.大蝦菠蘿飯(送餐湯)$96(9.5/10)
呢個大蝦菠蘿飯份量多到滿瀉,大約分到四碗飯,面頭上仲有三隻大蝦,大蝦仲好細心幫你剝埋殼,蝦肉肉質彈牙,菠蘿飯飯粒粒挺身,當然唔少得有好多粒粒菠蘿肉,入面仲有雞蛋、肉鬆、三色豆、火腿等,份量超多,大約分到四碗,真係好高質!

呢個青木瓜大蝦雞絲沙律入面蝦仁係切半,大約有十隻蝦仁幫手切半,蝦仁肉質彈牙,其他配菜有紅蘿蔔絲、青瓜、有少少偏硬嘅青木瓜絲、唔鞋嘅雞絲

椒鹽魷魚鬚個椒鹽味唔重,魷魚鬚大約有15舊,魷魚鬚彈牙!

精選甜品拼盤有椰汁千層糕、一整個有少少酸嘅芒果、有軟淋煙韌黑糯米同白糯米嘅糯米飯、仲有好啱打卡心形器皿嘅焦糖燉蛋!

Lunch set可以加$8有一杯越南滴滴咖啡,原價都要$40,平時就飲得多cappuccino或latte,今次就試下越南滴滴咖啡,飲落唔會好濃郁,不過會飲到少少咖啡渣,唔錯嘅體驗!

今日 同小朋友去太空館睇展覽, 之後當然喺附近搵食, 知道the one有間越南餐廳,就 同阿仔去食越南嘢, 一定有佢啱食。餐廳係開放式嘅, 我哋一點幾去到都差唔多坐滿, 有lunch menu, 都幾抵食。 食越南餐廳我一定叫生牛肉湯河,而阿仔就叫左個豬扒湯河,再另外叫左杯青檸 梳打水。生牛肉湯河好足料,d 河粉好味,唔會好淋,湯底都好正,至少食完唔會覺得口渴,牛有咬口豬扒湯河,豬扒應該輕輕炸過,所以食落去好香口,但又唔會太熱氣,阿仔食左一大半,就証明好好食因為我口痕,所以叫左串燒同炒芥蘭串燒好野味,豬牛雞各一串,啱啱好同阿仔慢慢嘆,而個炒介蘭炒得好香,保持到介蘭既爽口阿仔未飲過梳打水,他話好得意,下次可以再encore餐廳環境不錯,坐得舒服,又多一間餐廳bookmark 。
