見到師傅仔同隔離嬸嬸手起刀落,將磅好嘅一大舊牛肉切薄片,真係夠哂薄呢,冇番咁上下刀功真係做唔到~放落盒果陣舖頭都會細心地附上一舊冰包嘅盒底,防止係回家嘅路程牛肉因唔夠凍而變色,影響賣相。 

幾個鐘後終於番到去打邊爐,牛肉依然保持鮮紅色!牛頸脊夠淋身,牛肉味就唔夠封門柳咁突出,不過封門柳就比較有咬口,我個人就比較喜歡牛頸脊!黑柏葉夠爽,最啱輕輕碌一碌五秒搞掂!今次嘅牛肉好滿足,不枉我地等了又等等左兩個半鐘!下次真係要book定喇!

食肥牛一定要去牛肉檔度買,因為價廉物美,今日去九龍城李輝記牛欄買得打邊爐牛肉,叫咗320同埋$400嗰隻,有得比較。今日五點鐘去到街市,門口已經排咗10幾個人,不過都好快就輪到我,我第一次去買牛肉唔知定,同佢講左唔該要打邊爐肥牛,咁切牛肉嗰位就指左個牌問我要邊隻,咁我梗係問多句有咩分別,佢就話肥影響價錢,佢問我幾多咁我就話四個人食,但係佢死都叫我講幾多兩,但其實我唔係買慣我都唔知道一両牛肉要幾多,呢位仁兄嘅態度就麻麻哋啦,好似怪我唔講幾多兩俾佢知咁,咁我唯有死死氣叫佢切十両啦,其實我都唔知十両牛肉有幾多,最後買咗十両大概買咗三百幾蚊肥牛啦。價錢都幾合理因為都算多,佢啲肥牛真係幾靚嘅,入口溶化,而且好有牛肉味,值得排隊買。

食肥牛一定要去牛肉檔度買,因為價廉物美,今日去九龍城李輝記牛欄買得打邊爐牛肉,叫咗320同埋$400嗰隻,有得比較。

今日五點鐘去到街市,門口已經排咗10幾個人,不過都好快就輪到我,我第一次去買牛肉唔知定,同佢講左唔該要打邊爐肥牛,咁切牛肉嗰位就指左個牌問我要邊隻,咁我梗係問多句有咩分別,佢就話肥影響價錢,佢問我幾多咁我就話四個人食,但係佢死都叫我講幾多兩,但其實我唔係買慣我都唔知道一両牛肉要幾多,呢位仁兄嘅態度就麻麻哋啦,好似怪我唔講幾多兩俾佢知咁,咁我唯有死死氣叫佢切十両啦,其實我都唔知十両牛肉有幾多,最後買咗十両大概買咗三百幾蚊肥牛啦。

價錢都幾合理因為都算多,佢啲肥牛真係幾靚嘅,入口溶化,而且好有牛肉味,值得排隊買。

有次想買牛肉。平時聽人說會「排長龍」。由於那時已經5:30pm,亦沒有客人,只看見老闆和朋友正在談話。於是我說了句「唔該。仲有無肥牛賣。」。他沒有回應我,繼續和朋友對話。他朋友也對他說「有生意wo」。可是他仍然沒有理會我。於是我一直等一直等。(漫長的3x秒)直到他們談話結束後。老闆竟然對我說:「你唔見我同朋友傾緊咩。咁我點應你先係咪? 所以其實都無辦法架。我唔應你都係無辦法架。你要d咩?」點解要咁講野呢⋯⋯ 雖然肥牛(牛柳)真係好高質。我只係想要番個正常態度。(都唔追求好好態度)

每年我哋都喜歡返嚟過中國新年,約吓親友打邊爐,好開心!而每次打嚫邊爐,就最緊要買『李輝記』嘅牛頸脊肉同埋雪花部位兩款。今年我哋六人初三開爐,因為需要三斤半肉,揾心一開門就賣哂,所以之前已經同佢哋落訂;點知當日下午去到老闆話都要排隊,最後足足等咗 74分鐘先輪到我哋俾錢攞肉。太子爺負責切,大老闆負責入盒兼收錢,兼有禮貌,簡直係 one fine n’ smooth operation!當晚成個邊爐聚會,大家好開心,尤其是當我將第一啖牛肉放入口,就已經開心到唔記得排隊嘅苦悶啦。

此部位應該很多人吃過,但如此新鮮,牛味濃郁,很難得的,他們賣牛頸脊分3級,最貴的430一斤,看到油花亦比我本次買的$230一斤要多,因今次想不要太膩,買了$230的,厚度大概0.5cm,我覺得剛好!淥3-5秒,半熟,上來後再等3-5秒才放進口,剛剛好!濃烈的本地牛味!!
