To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小魚兒d烤魚足稱勁大條,3百幾蚊原條烤魚真係超抵。兩個人都食唔晒,真係飽到上心口😂次次黎都係點鳳梨豆花烤江團魚,小辣,不過次次食,辣度都有所不同,今次辣過頭,對上果次食,辣度岩岩好。今次我地要係咁了番d辣椒出黎。不過都唔影響烤魚既質素,魚質軟滑,一d都唔鞋,配上熟左既菠蘿,辣辣地又酸酸甜甜,好開胃。配料方面,我最中意海帶、土豆、蓮藕、豆腐,全部都係邊烚邊入味,一啖配料一啖烤魚,送飯一流。次次想食烤魚,個腦都剩係諗起小魚兒。 continue reading
