年多前曾光顧過,今天看菜價仍是差不多一樣,沒有因入選為米芝蓮車胎人美食而加價。老闆推薦吃印尼黃錦飯,顧名思義即雜錦黃薑飯。逐樣食材介紹,先是配料黃黃啡啡的以為是炸蒜粒,吃落原來是椰絲,唔甜且越𡁻越出味,撈些黃薑飯一起吃,鹹鹹甜甜好開胃。巴東牛肉,是牛𦟌肉,都幾辣吓,但撈埋飯吃相當正。佛掌瓜絲,煑得軟淋,清清甜甜。雞鎚仔,少少乾硬,並不似一般中式的做法,但又醃得入味,雞肉又唔嚡。豆角豆干,炆得軟熟,少少辣,豆干仍有彈性,送飯一流。魚仔花生,做法好似花生糖,啲花生和魚仔都香脆無比。蛋是曾炸過外頭,但不會油淋淋的。黃薑飯,唔油,好像染了黃色的飯,味道比白飯多了少少味道,但又唔覺有薑味。全碟雜錦飯就像家常吃的幾餸飯。全部餸都是獨立送飯一流的菜色。一個簡單的多餸印尼什錦飯做得地道之餘亦感受到種種食材都是很用心的製作。沒有是因不起眼的伴菜而敷衍了事。

這家小店我從小幫襯到大,現在已經不在觀塘住了也要回來幫襯。今天跟朋友來叫了加多加多、沙爹豬肉、黃醬飯、印尼炒麵和咖喱雞飯。加多加多是水煮好的菜加上印尼花生醬和蝦片,味道十分正宗、惹味。沙爹豬肉半打實在不夠吃,因為太好吃了😋黃醬飯是每次必點的上面有巴東牛肉、炸雞、魚乾等配菜,十分正宗。印尼炒麵是我的最愛粗幼適中,有蝦。加埋我最愛的辣醬,是一絕啊!!這裏的辣醬比一般的辣最後叫了咖喱雞,這個就有點失望,雞嫩但咖喱不夠濃。希望喜歡這家小店

炎炎夏日,食慾不振,於是到了這家印尼餐廳,吃一些香口、味濃的食物以增加食慾。我點了印尼黃錦飯、加多加多和印尼咖啡。印尼黃錦飯的飯夠乾身,薑味頗重。飯上覆以巴東牛肉、燒雞及各種配料。巴東牛肉味道香濃,肉質也軟滑,再光顧的話,可一試其巴東牛肉飯。加多加多即印尼沙津,有豆角,豆腐卜、牙菜等,是開胃頭盤。自家製的花生醬很香,但稍嫌太甜。我甚少喝咖啡,因喝後胃部不適且晚上難以入睡,這裡的印尼咖啡以明火煲成,再加上煉奶,因為味道較淡,挺適合我這種想喝但不能喝咖啡的人。這家餐廳原來已經營多年,我是近來才發現。除添好運外,這裡應是米芝蓮推介餐廳中,收費十分相宜的一家餐廳了,食物質素不算頂級,但以這個價錢計,絕對是抵食了。

炎炎夏日,食慾不振,於是到了這家印尼餐廳,吃一些香口、味濃的食物以增加食慾。我點了印尼黃錦飯、加多加多和印尼咖啡。印尼黃錦飯的飯夠乾身,薑味頗重。飯上覆以巴東牛肉、燒雞及各種配料。巴東牛肉味道香濃,肉質也軟滑,再光顧的話,可一試其巴東牛肉飯。加多加多即印尼沙津,有豆角,豆腐卜、牙菜等,是開胃頭盤。自家製的花生醬很香,但稍嫌太甜。我甚少喝咖啡,因喝後胃部不適且晚上難以入睡,這裡的印尼咖啡以明火煲成,再加上煉奶,因為味道較淡,挺適合我這種想喝但不能喝咖啡的人。這家餐廳原來已經營多年,我是近來才發現。除添好運外,這裡應是米芝蓮推介餐廳中,收費十分相宜的一家餐廳了,食物質素不算頂級,但以這個價錢計,絕對是抵食了。

觀塘有很多餐廳,但在這個不起眼的位置,有一間米之蓮餐廳,個人覺得十分值得推介~ 餐廳不算大,沒有豪華裝修。我們七點來到,客人仍沒有很多,老闆娘很友善,任我們選擇位置,細心解釋菜式,我們點了印尼炒飯,加多加多,和牛尾湯。先講牛尾湯,不算太特別,蔬菜味比肉味濃,湯中有牛尾肉,湯的分量足夠兩個人~印尼炒飯,炒飯乾身入味,配有印尼蝦片和蛋,蝦片新鮮炸,熱辣香脆,簡簡單單一個炒飯已經很好味~ 加多加多是印尼的特色小食,有豆腐卜、一些雜菜,上面再加上炸蝦片,重點是那些花生醬,濃郁花生香味,拌勻一起食,實在令人吃過不停~
