近期個個都話香港飲食點差點差,又貴又唔好食又無服務… 昨晚難得可以同老婆出去食飯,點都要支持下本地野,所以就去左開左都好耐的呢間主打大排檔風味的食店-明廚。呢間店近來見到佢擴張,銅鑼灣都開埋,仲要裝修到好靚,睇佢都係走高級中菜的路線,但我地就食番地道風味,所以就特登去番旺角店。入場當然同銅鑼灣店無得比,正常舊式食店,尚算整潔。坐底我地先叫左火焰奄仔蟹,然後再慢慢睇下餐牌,最後我地決定叫多3樣,冰火辣味魷魚、啫啫通菜、豉椒炒花蛤。我同太太商量的過程大約十分鐘左右加埋3樣餸,好驚喜地火焰奄仔蟹已經到啦。係咪見到都好想食呢?鹽焗火焰A級奄仔蟹呢隻奄仔蟹係本店其中一樣招牌菜,半隻的蟹身只係比我手掌心細小小,算得上係非常大隻,雖然大隻,但580一隻係我評價係算貴嘅。咁我地就睇下佢究竟值唔值呢個價啦。奄仔蟹本身用鹽焗,眾所週知,鹽焗海鮮可以保持住海鮮大部分的鮮味,而呢味餸最特別的地方就係食之前會落花雕玫瑰露然係點火,當酒精蒸發完,玫瑰露清香撲鼻的氣味立即衝擊住整個嗅覺系統。可以想像到玫瑰露的香已經完全同奄仔蟹的蟹膏混成一體。當火焰熄滅的時候,我地已經等唔切要立即享受下呢隻580蚊的奄仔蟹。可以見到蟹偏乾身,本來我懷疑係點完火蟹膏乾身左少少,好啦咬落去,果然蟹膏已經同玫瑰露混成一體,果種甘香加埋玫瑰露的清爽,可以話係一絕。不過食多一兩淡開始食到蟹肉就出事。蟹肉乾到已經無哂水份,極‘鞋’,好明顯係嚴重overcook!!!咁只有兩個可能性,一係一早焗定,一直低溫焗住,一係失手直接煮的時候手控制唔到火喉再overcook。無論邊樣一個580蚊的招牌菜整到咁都真係不可原諒!但我認為佢最可能的真係前者,一早焗定,所以我地坐底叫完10分鐘多少少就有蟹食!完全好吻合!如果真係咁,更加罪加一等!海鮮預早做,你不如唔好再做海鮮!海鮮最緊要係鮮,特別的烹飪技巧會為海鮮昇華,錦上添花。但你依家連最基本的鮮都無埋,做再多的野都只係花巧野。呢隻蟹真心只得啖膏食得,如果係咁點解我唔去食大閘蟹?580各位自行評價!然後冰火辣味魷魚,係叫的時候我已經估到佢係用水魷,但我本人真係唔太鐘意食水魷。因為水魷本身‘啤’哂水,得個爽字,咩味都無哂,最大問題係依家好多人都關注呢d浸泡食物會有太多化學野而引起食安問題。不過我咁講呢味菜算係overall成晚表現得最好!佢冰爽的感覺,佩埋佢的辣汁,係唔錯嘅冷盤。啫啫通菜,唔啫,仲要啫到出水,味道正常,不如我食炒菜,完。豉椒炒花蛤,老婆想食,我本來唔想叫,因為其實依家香港間間唔係太厚粉就太多汁,完全做唔到以前,少汁又夠汁掛到果種。總括黎講都係交行貨,結果呢味都無令我失望,行貨一碟。花蛤大隻,厚身,但奇怪地無咩。應該係飛水再炒,唔好聽d咩電視講咩生炒,飛水炒好正常,因為怕有死花蛤。可惜佢都係有幾隻有沙,同埋無咩味應該係飛水飛耐左,又無用番飛水d水黎整汁去炒。技巧問題!埋單1千0九十幾。奄仔蟹fail,魷魚小食店貨仔但都好,其他兩樣行到不得了。明過於實,失望,唔會有下次。其實好難怪人地番大陸食野,平過香港,同樣食材,佢地平好多,內地普遍烹調技巧越黎越好。仲有最大的服務問題,你俾少少錢,佢地服務完可以當狗咁任你舞,享受大爺的感覺。本人完全唔認同呢種思想,我從來食野就係食野,唔洗俾服務我。烹飪係一種做藝術,一位傑出的藝術家,有脾氣係好正常!明廚服務算好,仲好醒目咁等我去埋廁所先搵我埋單,而唔搵我老婆。 但服務再好,食物質素差到咁,又有咩用呢?香港美食天堂呢個名真係要拜托各位師傅,從新用心做菜而去維持呢個美譽。香港人爭氣呀! continue reading

而家點解啲人咁鍾意北上消費,因為北上佢哋嗰啲服務真係好到呢?同香港嗰啲服務對比真係無得傾🥲,咁香港當然亦都有好多服務好好嘅,我哋啲朋友每個月都有聚會,不過今次去正呢間嗰啲服務真係🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲如果你唔想受氣就真係🥲🥲🥲,或者你如果有被虐狂的話🤣🤣———————-我出嚟食嘢食咗咁耐真係第一係服務先囉,其次就係食物,如果唔係朋友今次話想喺旺角食嘅話,真係唔會喺呢度食囉!受難!!!!———————-鮑魚係好好食筍殼魚都係好食嘅咕嚕肉都是好食的生蠔煲都好食部份餸菜不過不失,當然有啲都係好難食嘅,而且食物大致上偏鹹,當然有啲好食有啲唔好食啦,不過嗰隻雞真係鹹到想嘔🤮,啲肉又嚡颯颯。不過咁嘅受氣服務以後都唔會再嚟㗎啦,算吧無嘢好再講———————- continue reading

喺這家餐館嘅一頓飯,真係令我開心到喊!🦐🔥👌🏻先講講嗰碟火焰斷片海中蝦,件件蝦仔呈金黃色,咬落去蝦肉爆汁,酒香味仲係唇齒間縈繞。搶眼到不得了嘅火焰表演,成個過程都好炫目!筍殼魚嘅部分,真係勁!又大條又肥美,肉質Q彈得嚟又咁滑,炸到外皮微微香脆,扒一塊沾少少秘製醬,啖啖肉嘅感覺,真係太滿足!薑蔥豬膶煲熱氣騰騰,豬膶軟綿得黎唔失嫩滑,同薑蔥嘅配合,食落去暖笠笠真是過癮。至於嗰個金銀蛋時菜,就真係煮得啱啱好,時菜爽口,金銀蛋滑溜溜嘅,呢個組合又鹹香又開胃,幾令人回味。朋友系呢度食得好開心,話味道正宗得滯,連連稱讚。多謝明廚嘅廚師同團隊,將普通好似平平無奇嘅食材煮出高水準嘅味道,真係令人讚唔絕口!下次記得要再黎試下其他菜式! continue reading

一定要點海鮮!一定要點海鮮!一定要點海鮮!重要的事情說三遍!而且越貴越好!并不是因為味道有多好,而是因為如果點的價格不到,你就會被曬在旁邊⋯⋯想先點幾道開味菜再來點海鮮,結果上三道菜(炸豆腐+花螺+白灼牛肉)花了50分鐘。點了的乾炒牛河一直都不來,最後只好退了。都沒心情繼續點海鮮了🤷🏻‍♂️後面來的客人點的菜都上得七七八八了,我們的菜都還沒來⋯⋯店內擁擠、服務態度不佳、菜品口味一般、價格就是來割韭菜的⋯⋯奄仔蟹拍拍照可以,但是真的沒必要特地來受罪。店家好自為之、食客自行斟酌吧😮‍💨 continue reading
