我一向鍾意食印度菜,尖沙咀重慶大廈作為香港一個隱藏瑰寶,當然要入去食正宗印度菜,今晚同老婆食呢間叫珍珠皇宮印度餐廳- 乳酪脆米球 (Poori):呢樣幾特別,係用球形嘅脆脆,包住流心乳酪,一甜一酸帶,又少少咸,異常地match同好食,仲好開胃- 芝士薯仔餡煎餅 (Masala Dosa):係一種薄身嘅脆餅,口感一流,會配幾種調味,作為餐前小食就岩岩好- 黃豆湯 (dal):感覺好似無咩人識欣賞黃豆湯,佢味道有少少似咖喱,但當然無咁咸同辣啦,湯身較厚,非常惹味,係我favourite- 燒烤拼盤:大大盤,有魚、有雞、有羊,調味正,啖啖肉,完全滿足到我地呢班食肉獸- 咖喱蝦球:有超過15粒蝦球,沐浴於香濃咖喱當中,配埋naan一齊食一絕- 蒜蓉烤餅 (naan):牛油味真係香到隔離台都聞到,加埋蒜蓉就仲勁,一食就停唔到口之後每人一杯Lassi,飽到差啲落唔到樓,待應妹妹話印度菜最少可以飽12個鐘,睇黎,所言非虛哈哈哈 continue reading
