To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前成日嚟打邊爐㗎但係牛涮鍋最近執咗兩間分店，所以食嘅機會細咗咁啱經過MOKO又唔使排隊，所以就會去打邊叫咗個最普通而有牛肉的餐雖然唔係最平，但係覺得打邊爐點都要食牛肉正常發揮，不過覺得佢好似出邊夾嘢食嗰啲食材少咗

食量唔係好多，但又想食多樣化。故選擇了半自動火鍋60分鐘。要了牛及豬。配料自動的，選擇都多，有菜，飲品、肉丸、咖喱飯、關東煮。本人就覺得60分鐘都足夠的。還有飲品，咖啡、汽水，任飲。十分之滿足😌

半自助火鍋本來只做午市，現在連晚市也可享用，埋單約90 元一位，性價比高，但只限星期一至星期四才有這套餐。肉可選2 款，簡了牛及豬肉，而質素一般。所有配料全自助，選擇十分多，有前菜，飲品，蔬菜，肉丸，咖哩飯，關東煮等，吃得滿足。最後嘆一杯朱古力雪糕，朱古力味濃濃，很滿足。另外送了生日優惠，和牛蛋糕，大概有5 片和牛，覆蓋在面層，雖然是和牛，但質素似乎一般。整體60 分鐘是夠用的，晚市這個價錢實在沒有投訴。

点了86的单人套餐，有两个人。他们的东西还算多的，就是不卫生，包括碗这些，还有些青菜也是烂的。吃了一个小时，吃了几盘牛肉，然后还发现塑料，服务也很好，解决了这个问题，换了个锅底，但是吃到后面时，差不多结束了，肚子剧痛，拉肚子了，剩下的也没法吃了，赶紧买单去上洗手间。然后本来想喝朱古力的，结果杯子没洗干净，然后倒出来的朱古力还是有不明漂浮物。地板很黏，鞋子走路都是沾着的，整体的卫生真的很差。这次来香港吃个饭体验太差了。

啲牛勁難食 口感唔差但係完全冇牛味蕃茄湯冇蕃茄味🤮雞就老到乜咁日牛好好多唔會再返嚟‼️‼️‼️超差體驗食物少選擇不過員工態度還可以完全唔明點解可以收咁貴冇一樣嘢係新鮮🤮🤮🤮
