最近發現NOC出的新品竟然有風靡韓國的扁可頌🥐！而且出了讓開心果腦袋都會很愛的咖啡！！開心果焦糖脆厚椰咖啡💚我個人真的很愛這個！這絕美的漸層～～！被撒滿了開心果碎的開心果奶蓋…放了自家制的蜂蜜焦糖脆…用放在上面的那條麵包阿拉棒，去攪拌下…開心果椰奶底的咖啡…喝起來真的是又香醇又清新！扁可頌我也點了開心果巧克力味的～原來被壓扁了的牛角麵包吃起來是這種口感！炒雞香！！很像是在吃拿破侖一樣～表麵包裹著開心果碎和黑巧克力…每一口都充滿著黃油的焦香味…口感很酥脆，會掉渣的那種喲！ continue reading

今日同朋友嚟呢度食lunch 款式都算幾多。正餐，素食，甜品咩都有啲。 今日揀咗佢話特色之選牛油果toast 加蟹肉蛋白toast 牛油果醬好香，而且有少少檸檬汁。 本身麵包應該搽咗少少醋嘅嘢所以酸酸地，非常開胃。而且佢有少少洋蔥，食落去又有口感！ 而蟹肉蛋白，蟹肉都好多。蛋白味一般般唔係話好香，不過麵包都算脆口！ 龍蝦蒜片意粉龍蝦肉彈牙，而且仲有蝦膏！ 意粉係用蛋做嘅意粉，食落去好香。 蒜片同香料嘅味道令到個意粉汁好入味。 咖啡加梳打水佢唔係一般梳打水，佢個底有少少檸檬味，而且個底有少少甜甜地，中和左咖啡嘅苦澀，女仔應該幾鍾意。雖然寫咗少甜，但係我個人認為都比較甜。可能因為平時飲開齋啡，或者純咖啡加奶。 餐廳環境好舒服，好多位，最緊要係有大落地玻璃，望住出邊海旁藍天白雲都幾正。不過繁忙時間如果多人嘅話可能要搭枱。侍應嘅服務都好好，好留意我哋需要啲乜。 continue reading

    無限輪迴今次係約好咗去朋友度，打牌之前就嚟Hea下啦！其實明明係知道佢新出咗四款pastry 理應係去試一試佢，但係結果都係食蛋撻😑有時都真係唔知自己想點！（藉口係因為我早餐食咗嘢，所以下午茶要食得light d ） 雖然佢個蛋撻都真係幾好食🤤，$18再加10%咖啡都係嗌返flat white la ! 其實嗰四款新出pastry , 我第一個反應又唔係超級想去試, 反而好期待佢個主menu有啲新嘢出! 我一路都對NOC 有一種情意結，無論二人行或者自己一個人，無論係西營盤或者紅磡，簡約嘅設計，俾人好乾淨嘅感覺，都真係曾經諗過想入嚟做架，但係又唔可以放棄份正職唔知可唔可以淨係做weekend 一日呢？😝😉 continue reading
