實在是太有誠意的餃子店食物:全是無味精的人手工包餃子, 非常好食。最重要是個湯, 日日新鮮去整,睇得出亦食得出是非常用心去做,而且完全無加味精, 是誠意之作。有極多款餃子可供選擇。服務:老闆娘熱情招待, 其他員工都態度親切, 是一流的服務, 與客人像朋友一樣。環境:店不太大, 是良心小店, 支持努力擴張。100%支持呢間良心小店。 continue reading

1)叫左雙拼煎餃:櫻花蝦韮菜拼椰菜豬肉,唔知點解食唔出有邊隻係櫻花蝦韮菜味。椰菜豬肉味道一般,size大約係比一口餃子大少少,一啖2隻絕對冇問題。2)個app有3款湯比我揀,分湯加2蚊,我諗住穩陣啲㩒埋分湯,點知上到黎係冇湯跟嘅。(工人姐姐攞,因為住得唔近,所以雖然不快但冇咁得閒走去追)3)潮汕牛肉餅,加8蚊有3件,大約5蚊銀咁大。冇寫comment嘅習慣,後悔冇影相,我一見到果份食物時嘅份量其實覺得幾震撼。。。因為外賣,所以環境服務衛生我求其填,唔填交唔到 continue reading

光顧已一段時間的美孚餃子店,今天再次光顧時被推介一人套餐,看照片,$88的一人套餐,有小食拼盤,油菜及餃子麵(裡面有六隻,可以選擇三款)等等。我揀了椰菜豚肉餃及廣東雲吞,和手工竹昇麵(加兩蚊);最後還有熱飲是羅漢果茶!而餃子麵是本店靚湯,每次都見到碗底!現在還有不少優惠,首先是儲印花送禮及每天不同的特有優惠券,照顧翻頭客! continue reading

之前聽美孚街坊介紹咗呢間劉老太手工餃子,特登去咗試吓。試完之後覺得太好食了!所以決定寫番篇食評分享俾多啲朋友認識呢間誠意滿滿嘅小店。餐廳位於美孚新村住宅平台,需要行一層樓梯先會見到。餐廳裝潢新淨,可惜鋪面略嫌地方有些淺窄,要是人多未必會坐得太舒適。講番食物,真係令我相當之有驚喜,睇得出餐廳誠意滿滿,用心做好每一道的出品!今晚一條友點左蓮藕煎肉餅飯+櫻花蝦韮菜豚肉餃湯餃6隻再加多支豆漿。首先講個蓮藕煎肉餅,我相信餐廳告示所講,所有豬肉製品都係用本地新鮮豬肉絕對係真,因為咬落個肉餅有肉汁bid出黎,非常juicy,而且食得出肉本身嘅鮮香味,加上蓮藕粒粒粒都爽口有咬口,食得出食材都係非常之新鮮,而且調味適當,非常好食。另外不得不讚廚師嘅功力,5塊肉餅無一塊煎燶,而且個飯嘅軟硬度都煮到岩岩好。再講個櫻花蝦韮菜豚肉餃,皮薄餡靚,一咬第一啖即刻就感覺到韮菜嘅鮮甜味,櫻花蝦嘅蝦味,同埋豬肉嘅肉鮮味衝擊味蕾,十分過癮,個湯今次叫左原味蟲草花什菌老火湯,較為清淡,更加突顯到餃子食材嘅鮮味。見到有其他評論話野食要等好耐,我都有類似經歷,但我嘅睇法係餐廳方面係即叫即煮,而唔係一早煮定晒係度,原因係我個肉餅一上碟就聞到煎野果陣焦香味,而且juicy唔會太乾,應該唔係出面餐廳慣常手法一早煎家晒係度,另外餃子都煮到岩岩好,唔會煮到啲皮爛晒,值得一讚!最後不得不提餐廳免費提供的辣菜莆,雖然都幾辣,不過個調味都真係無得頂,令人食過番尋味! continue reading
