好早以前 就已經聽過住上環的朋朋們推薦這家他們一堆友人都會久不久到這喝早茶龍蝦湯瑤柱燴海皇這份偏流質的羹路線 裡面的料 真的巨多的說 每匙都是料湯就像是個配角般 而每顆料的該有味和口感還能保留著 這湯還真的不簡單老爺子半肥不瘦蜜餞叉燒每片的叉燒脂肪度雖低卻軟而不柴加上廚們選用了蜜餞 而非一般的蜜糖 甜度一點都不單一吃起來甜甜不膩 還十分開胃 更可以配上一大碗飯~😌香芒貴妃大蝦球雖說只有四件蝦西 可是真的不要小看 每顆都超大一隻 偏爽Q彈吃時還帶點黃芥末感 中間的炸皮裹了一層醬但還保留微酥感上湯厚豬潤浸莧菜這豬潤的厚度真的完全被嚇到!!即便擁有這厚度 但吃來又嫩又爽而且又不會有可怕的騷臭/ 腥味 清淡上湯配上新鮮又嫩的莧菜 是份舒服的選擇回疆大汗欖角醬燒骨欖角醬非常入味 外皮裹了點粉再去煮的 吃的時候會有小感但不礙內要的嫩度超好咬 肉和骨好容易分離~~ 好吃好吃😋這家真是貴精不貴多~~ 每份的量都不多 但細節都做得很細膩~~好吃😋又美滿最後還送了甜品——綠豆湯 作整餐飯的句號 淡淡綠豆香~不甜 陳皮味還滿出色的(真想再次和家人去 不知道他們的點心又是如何~ continue reading

位於上環的鋿晶館,點心係現場即點即做,自家製品牌手作點心!師傅曾就職於日本東京富麗華,在港也在多間米芝蓮酒店及大型連鎖酒樓集團做主管,經驗豐富!今日午餐一於試下佢!燒賣大大粒燒賣,豬肉夠腍,蝦肉都好爽~潮洲粉果粉果皮煙韌,份量夠多料,花生都好香!藥膳排骨想不到咁大!排骨都幾多,配有新鮮淮山,好爽口,又有紅棗,滿滿藥材味,好滋補!煎薄片數好多,有香蔥、火腿、芋頭,味道幾豐富!荔枝球外皮炸到好香,紅卜卜成個荔枝球咁,入面還有香滑奶皇!鮮奶凍奶凍唔太甜 ,上面有d甜珠珠,造型吸引~🍱鋿晶館(上環)📍地址:上環德輔道中287-291號地舖 continue reading

原本打算去食果閒茶樓排曬長隊,折中黎呢閒食,可能期待唔高反而有驚喜,都幾大間亮堂,鳳爪、金錢肚、鮮竹卷、雪山叉燒包、燒賣、豬肉丸皮蛋粥,總體比較中規中矩,粥唔推薦,比較結,有d膩,雪山叉燒包反而有驚喜,叉燒肥肉適中,唔係全肥肉;11點前買單有優惠,總體性價比都可以。 continue reading
