To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日帶阿女去咗iSQUARE行街，係阿女排緊隊俾錢嘅時候，見到後面有間食上海嘅店舖🥰，原來就係一直想試好耐嘅上海婆婆336....餐廳地方好大，分左右兩邊，擺位一啲都唔迫，坐得好舒適，裝修又夠特色，充滿咗懷舊嘅氣息336上海小籠包 $46小籠包皮薄餡靚，肉與湯的比例剛好🥰，味足湯汁滿滿，食得好滿足😋。生煎鍋貼 $45外皮煎得金黄😍，係稍為厚咗少少😶，但餡料非常充足而且肉味鮮香。椰菜回鍋肉 $88回鍋肉份量多，肥瘦相間的五花腩肉🐖，肉質軟腍煮得入味，加上包心菜🥬及辣椒🌶一齊炒，整碟菜味道香濃又惹味😋。上海粗炒 $85麵條炒得非常出色，乾身又軟硬適中，色澤均勻，每條麵條都有陣陣醬香味😋，加上肉絲、東菇絲及大白菜一齊食，味道更豐富鮮香🤤。香辣炒土豆絲 $78這裏的土豆絲🥔炒到條條金黄香脆，晶瑩剔透，再加上適量的辣🌶，超級好吃😋。薑湯芝麻湯圓(2粒) $28富貴柿🍅造型好得意，芝麻湯圓外層軟糯，入面芝麻香味重🥰，而且有流心效果，非常好食🤤。新年🧧期間每枱會奉上雜錦脆片一客🥰。總括而言，價錢親民，而且每碟份量不少，仲可以揀少油少鹽，夠哂健康。

這是我最喜愛餐廳之一，想食上海菜就會諗起佢，它的醉雞令我念念不忘，雞肉嫩滑，酒味濃，十分入味，今天一共有11人一起聚餐，所以可以試多些種類食物，因大家都喜愛醉雞，所以一共叫了三碟，可以盡情地吃。

其實iSquare的確好多嘢食，好似去iSquare睇完戲之後，同朋友諗緊搵咩食好。見好多餐廳都已經食過，不如試吓食上海嘢啦！所以最後就去咗呢間上海主題嘅餐廳。最吸引我嘅就係呢個炒年糕豆新年食嘅年糕絕對唔會有呢個口感。呢個年糕煙靭到唔知點樣用，因為實在太可惜了，佢保留咗年糕嘅味之餘，重夾雜咗少少鹹味，令人一試難忘！坐嘅位置有寬敞有舒適，餐廳嘅服務態度又好，鍾意坐幾耐都得，下次睇完戲會再帶朋友嚟試吓！

四月中因為有Isquare Coupon，就揀咗去上海婆婆336開餐，覺得水準唔錯，所以今晚同全家人來聚餐，食物水準相當穩定👍我個人最鍾意食係醉雞，皆因雞肉結合了花雕酒的香甜，啲肉又鮮嫩，一啲都唔「鞋」，口感真係冇得頂❤️

上海小籠包小籠包熱辣辣，充滿肉汁！食嗰陣要小心辣口，建議咬一小口，吸咗湯汁先，再成食隻食🤭皮薄得黎，饀料飽滿，啲湯汁又鮮甜👍🏻話梅花雕醉雞🐥花雕酒味香濃，雞肉煮得啱啱好，食落嫩滑，而且入味，重帶些少話梅味，好特別。皮蛋滑豆腐皮蛋口感彈牙，豆腐好滑，配埋醬汁酸甜入味，好開胃🤤小排骨擔擔麵🍜好多件小排骨，一個人絕對食唔哂，重炸得好香脆！擔擔麵花生味濃郁，好香口，每條麵都掛滿醬汁，確實唔錯😆豆沙鍋餅🥞鍋餅外酥內軟，煎得唔油膩，咬落去卡滋卡滋，帶有豆沙甜味，完美嘅ending😋
