上星期放工夜咗,打算公司附近吃個麵就回家,樂道上有一家泰式船麵很不錯,就跟同事一起去,餐廳雖然小小的一間,但布置很有泰國風味,而且價錢合理,平時午餐時段是排隊店!跟同事一人點了一個麵,外加一個拼盤😋這裏的麵餐可以先點自己想吃的料,然後再點湯底及麵,遊樣比較flexible,很不錯👍🏻 🌟頂級美國肥牛船湯金邊粉推介這個,必吃!美國肥牛嫩滑,份量頗多,而船湯湯底濃郁,配牛肉很配,金邊粉滑,吸收咗湯汁一起吃很美味😋🌟黑豚肉冬陰功湯麵如果不吃牛的點這個也不錯,黑豚肉都嫩滑,豬肉味濃,而冬陰公湯內裏已經有蝦、蜆等配料,也很不錯,惹味但不會太辣。🌟泰式小食拼盤點了一個泰式拼盤同同事share,拼盤包括炸蝦餅、炸雞翼及炸芝士雲吞。上枱時都是熱辣辣的,正!炸蝦餅彈牙,雞翼炸得香脆入味,而芝士雲吞也脆卜卜😋 ,每款有2件,2人share 剛剛好👍🏻🌟飲品:香茅斑斕梳打/龍眼冰香茅斑斕有香茅香味,不會太甜,很適合我。而朋友點的龍眼冰很真才實料,很多龍眼肉,清甜潤喉👍🏻 continue reading

📍 泰濃麵📍 尖沙咀 𝗧𝘀𝗶𝗺 𝗦𝗵𝗮 𝗧𝘀𝘂𝗶 • 樂道7號嘉樂大廈地下A號舖-第一次吃《泰濃麵》是在他們銅鑼灣的店最近想再訪,卻發現已經結業了🙈幸好尖沙咀的總店還在!-《泰濃麵》的招牌是泰式船麵,配方由老闆精心調配,務求讓食客吃到正宗的泰式風味🇹🇭除了地道泰式船麵,冬蔭功湯麵、海南雞飯、不同的泰式小吃也是他們的主打!-吃麵的話,下單方法很簡單(,但也可能因有太多配搭而會選擇困難😂)選主食:如雞髀肉、牛肉、廣島蠔、卜卜蜆等選湯底:船湯/冬蔭公湯/清湯選麵底:河粉/金邊粉/薯粉/黃麵/湯飯-雞髀肉船湯金邊粉 ($72)船湯看著就知道十分濃郁!湯底用超過20種材料熬製八小時,豬骨加上香料如南薑、香茅、青檸、花椒、八角、班蘭葉等等等等,過程不加味精,每一口都是真材實料的濃郁味道,既濃不鹹🥰配料有炸豬皮、彈牙魚蛋、秋葵,還有吸湯、軟身、沒渣的白蘿蔔主食選了雞髀肉,份量好多!•卜卜蜆冬蔭公湯薯粉 ($92)在泰式餐廳比較少見薯粉,這次要配酸酸辣辣的湯底,好像也蠻搭薯粉滑溜,但偏幼,不算非常彈牙,也不掛湯~🙈想要掛湯效果的話,建議可以選配其他麵底不過冬蔭公湯酸辣味道足夠,好開胃辣勁十足,配上一杯青檸梳打就一流~卜卜蜆厚肉、新鮮、沒沙;另外還有青口、大蝦等海鮮,蠻豐富!•泰式小食拼盤 ($78)小食拼盤有泰式炸蝦餅、炸雞翼、炸芝士雲吞裡面最喜歡外脆內爽彈的泰式炸蝦餅🥰;芝士雲吞則比較少見,吃上去油膩感蠻重🙈•青檸梳打 ($28)杯內先加入青檸、糖漿,讓食客自己加入梳打水~ continue reading

早排做嘢經過泰濃麵,發現入面經常滿座,今晚終於有時間嚟試下。餐牌以泰式粉麵及泰式小食為主,粉麵類有三款自選湯底,分別有傳統泰式船麵、冬陰公湯底同清湯湯底。主食有各款雞、牛、海鮮類,麵底有河粉、金邊粉、黃麵等等等,全部都可以自選配搭☺️第一款就揀咗冬陰公湯底配卜卜蜆,麵底揀咗黃麵。先飲咗啖湯底,好足料,辣度十足,味道酸酸辣辣👍🏻海鮮有鮮甜大蜆,仲有彈牙海蝦,黃麵口感煙韌,整個湯麵不錯第二款就揀咗傳統船麵湯底配頂級美國肥牛,麵底揀咗金邊粉。湯底極濃郁,配搭多種香料熬製而成,選用泰國正宗金邊粉,質地順滑特別掛湯!肥牛牛香味濃🐮第三樣就揀咗一款泰式小食,就係泰式炸蝦餅,配搭幾塊炸蝦片😍蝦餅炸得好香脆,爽口彈牙最後就係叫咗杯泰式青檸特飲,真係好解渴,飲完成個人爽曬! continue reading
