唐宮小聚,往往是我與朋友聚會的其中一個很好的選擇,因為就算是晚餐,他亦有很多小點心選擇,很多不同的菜式,都是小碟,所以就算兩個人或多人都可以分享不同的美食。每次來到都必叫的當然是燒乳鴿,皮脆肉嫩夠juicy,備有透明即棄膠手套,讓你食得可以更盡情。仲有一個菜式是我必叫的就是花椒大蝦,花椒味濃,少許麻辣味,蝦夠大隻爽口彈牙仲有蝦膏,回味。醉雞花雕味濃,肉嫩。龍蝦汁咸水角(非常山竹),夠鮮味。黑蒜燒賣,黑蒜味濃帶甜,有趣。葱油面,恰到好處,不太油不太咸。流沙包是爆漿的,小心食用。最後來個乳豬全體 (甜品)朋友一吃大驚,酸酸地呢,變味了?原來是乳酪味,大家相視而笑。這裡唯一要批評的是枱太小了,雖然佢每一碟菜的細細碟,但如果人多,又叫菜多,實在有點不足夠。 continue reading

💰Total $556 HKD/ 3人 HKD (午市)~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~早兩日約左屋企人去沙田飲茶,我就決定帶佢地去我之前食過一次嘅餐廳《唐宮小聚》,呢度嘅點心非常打卡able,除左點心,仲有唔同嘅小炒甜品等。建議來之前都打去/whatsapp 訂定座先,因為當日係星期三平日午市,入座半小時後都坐滿左。~~~~~~~~~~~~食物介紹~~~~~~~~~~~~🤩蘿蔔絲蝴蝶酥 (HKD 59)呢個係用油酥皮包住白蘿蔔絲嘅一款點心,蘿蔔絲食落唔會有渣同苦澀味,而調味都恰好,食完都唔會好口渴。個人幾欣賞佢酥皮,食落酥脆,但又唔會一夾就散。🤩沙田乳鴿 (HKD 49)唐宮嘅其中一款招牌菜就係乳鴿,上枱前廚房預先剪開左一半,並附上手套俾客人可以用手拎住食。剛上菜食個時大家要小心,因為咬落乳鴿嘅肉汁就會流出,小心會「辣親」嘴。乳鴿嘅肉好嫩滑,充滿肉汁,再加上即過即整,上到枱都係熱辣辣,皮脆肉嫩。🤩非常山竹 (HKD 59)望落非常似山竹嘅一款點心,佢嘅外皮包係用糯米粉製成,然後上面插上一枝朱古力百力枝去模仿山竹椗。佢嘅餡係龍蝦汁及蟹肉混合而成,但我食落覺得有啲似粟米肉粒。🤩黑天鵝 (HKD 69)非常靚嘅一款點心,用酥皮點心作天鵝身,再用餅乾條作天鵝頸同頭。其實佢係一款類似韮菜盒子嘅點心,味道無乜特別,但外形夠曬靚。🤩三文魚蘋果酥🍏 (HKD 69)咬落酥皮後會食到輕輕的蘋果味,但奈何內面餡嘅味道令人失望,首先三文魚食落似係整熟咗嘅煙燻三文魚,但三文魚欠缺調味,再者入面有偏重嘅肉桂味,未必個個都啱食。🤩黑金流沙 (HKD 59)顧名思義就係大家食開嘅流沙包,一搣開立刻流出奶黃,但略厭偏重煉奶味。🤩煸四季豆 (HKD 89)幾驚喜嘅一份小炒,夠鑊氣,但又唔會太油膩,調味唔會太鹹,份量一啲都唔小器。🤩得意小豬🐷(HKD 39)最後就決定叫呢度嘅招牌甜品《得意小豬》,佢係一款以小豬為造型製成嘅奶凍,十分得意,口感比起出面嘅奶凍偏硬身少少,應該係因為製作造型嘅需要,味道就較淡,有微微嘅奶香。~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~💰價錢合理🍵飲茶食飯嘅好地方👍個人覺得小菜嘅味道比點心更出色📸食物非常打卡able🤵🏻服務OK continue reading

辣滷鴨舌($89)麻辣味,鴨舌彈牙入味,作為開胃前菜一流!沙田乳鴿($69)酥脆誘人外皮,油香四溢!肉質鮮嫩,入口多汁香脆!果然是必點之選!黑金流沙($59)黑金外型矜貴,內裡做到流心效果,蛋味香濃滑溜,值得一試!同甘共苦($89)外皮炸得薄脆咸香,與甘甜涼瓜互相輝映!冰鎮咕咾($129)造型十分有創意,以冰粒堆成冰山,再放上主菜!色彩繽紛咕嚕肉,內裡柔嫩鮮美,配上清甜的燈籠椒、菠蘿、蕃茄,酸酸甜甜,老少咸宜!意大利黑醋金目鱸($199)外型非常生動,鱸魚跳躍,炸到外脆內軟,食到魚肉的嫩滑鮮味!黑醋調配得相當有水準,酸甜開胃!炸青豆作為配角都十分脆卜卜! continue reading
