中環有間意大利餐廳,環境幽靜,裝潢優雅,主打多款正宗意大利料理,由前菜到甜品應有盡有,賣相精緻,適合打卡。員工服務態度友善,地點方便,價錢親民,好啱紀念日嚟慶祝🍾Pizza款式眾多,要咗個經典嘅Margherita,面頭舖上Fior Di Latte Mozzarella、番茄醬同新鮮羅勒,外層脆身,餅底好薄,芝士份量唔少,食落唔膩,性價比高,值得一試。主食有Tagliatelle,會推個車仔出嚟喺你面前煮,加入大量Pecorino Romano,仲有牛油、檸檬等調味。羅馬芝士味道香濃,有助提升菜色層次,麵條軟硬度適中而且幾掛汁。另外有Risotto,採用Acquerello陳年米,大粒飽滿,混合Parmigiano Reggiano、Smoked Spanish Cantabrian Anchovies、牛油、檸檬等,味道較清淡,正常發揮。甜點有Tiramisu,賣相好特別,上層有一大片曲奇,敲碎後可享用,忌廉入口細滑濕潤,微微咖啡同酒味,曲奇又香又脆、Profiterole al cioccolato e nocciole都唔錯,泡芙外脆內軟,上層倒入朱古力醬,更甜更好味🍫 continue reading

同男朋友去aia玩,玩完經過中環mtr附近大廈spiga 廣告牌幾吸引, 所以就上去試下。一入到去感覺好高級,仲分左室內外區。 地方寬敞,配合微柔燈光同復古設計,環境好有情調。前菜叫左個cold cut精選拼盤, 有成6種唔同種類既風乾火腿, 每款味道都唔同,有d咸香味濃,有d質地柔軟, 有款部位仲好特別比較硬身口感似牛肉乾, 配合橄欖,蕃茄乾同甜甜嘅洋蔥醬,真係勁有意大利風情, 岩哂一大班人配埋酒 chill住食。Beef Tartare 呢道前菜好出色,牛肉質地柔軟,口感嫩滑,配合左黑魚子、蛋黃醬、薄荷葉、烤土司片等配料,增添豐富層次和風味。主菜黑鱈魚肉質鮮嫩好滑, 皮煎得好香脆,配菜白菜仔放低,但炒得蒜香味好濃郁, 醬汁帶有小小紅黃椒既味道,成個感覺好fresh慢煮牛配自家製闊條麵,呢個真係必點,牛肉面經過24小時慢煮成肉醬, 牛味香濃,口感細膩,配上自製煙煙unun 闊面, 每一口都掛滿肉醬,超正,唔夠喉😝。最後當然食餐廳 signature tiramisu , 勁大份 ,好靚影相一流,上面係餅,敲碎後加埋底部既tiramisu一齊食,又唔會太甜,充滿層次口感,又係必叫甜品。 continue reading
