位於富達既譚仔，要行上１層，店內好闊落，近門有個為外賣而設既木架，擺放整齊易明，員工手法熟練，可能下雨關係，堂食坐唔滿，反而外賣架不停上架。同事係譚仔既忠實粉絲，經佢建議下，同佢分享個２人米線餐。我一向麻麻地譚仔，因為覺得佢湯底好咸，今日試完，湯仍係原有味道，１個咸字。不過，配料不錯，魚蛋彈牙，豬潤灼得剛熟好爽口，魚腐新鮮好食。另外阿忠實粉絲介紹左我另１個食法，就係米線撈蒜泥白肉，又真係幾好食喎。蒜泥好濃蒜味，白肉切得好薄，肥瘦均勻，一啖一片，伴以蒜泥及醬汁，口感豐富。 continue reading
