To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🌟 明星經常到訪嘅精緻手工菜式今次朋友叫我去港島食晚餐,本來要過海都唔想理佢,但係佢話今次依間小店植得一試,諗住陪吓佢嘅心態就去試吓。坐低冇幾耐竟然見到詹瑞文,即刻知道一定冇嚟錯。帶子他他透明玻璃小瓶入面有半透明嘅帶子他他,配搭墨魚汁脆片,酸酸地更加帶出帶子嘅鮮甜。巴馬火腿·水牛芝士·蜜瓜擺盤睇落去真係好似聖誕花圈一樣,鹹香嘅火腿、芝香嘅芝士配搭鮮甜嘅蜜瓜,三重嘅層次和味道真係好開胃。蕃茄雜菜湯濃厚嘅蕃茄味,酸中帶甜。紫薯雜菜意大利飯第一次見紫色嘅意大利飯,原來係紫薯口味,飯粒煙煙韌韌咁,配搭香甜嘅紫薯其實都好夾。鮮茄紅酒燴牛尾牛尾煮到入哂味,口感軟腍。有趣嘅係呢款菜式配搭印度薄餅,吸收晒紅酒汁都好過癮。法式焦糖燉蛋面頭烤到焦糖般嘅香脆,食落口感幼滑又有蛋香。The Ground Kitchen (西環)西環西營盤水街47號地舖 continue reading
