High-end Mediterranean Cuisine Restaurant with Sea View
The Hunter mainly serves high quality steak and seafood with grilled flavors. The beef is imported from California Brandt Ranch which is focused on feed Holstein. The beef is being dry-aged for 21 days and prepared for the best in taste and texture. It also provides 1885 Prime Aberdeen Angus with striploin and ribeye.

【儼如高級扒房】設乾式熟成櫃 引入純種荷斯坦牛
平時牛扒都只寫級數,牛扒嚟自邊個農場真係不得而知。呢度就講明牛扒嚟自加州Brandt Ranch牧場牛隻,Brandt 家族自90年代起就專注飼養純種荷斯坦牛,脂肪唔算多,勝在肉味濃。同場仲有1885 Prime 安格斯黑牛,有Striploin、Rib Eye揀。牛扒質素之高,儼如一間專業扒房。

值得一提嘅係,呢度嘅牛扒全部以至少21日乾式熟成處理,令牛肉中酵素分解肌肉組織,肉質更軟嫩外,肉味更濃郁並帶淡淡堅果味,無論味道口感都好有驚喜。

將軍澳海濱長廊呢間地中海風餐廳the Hunter裝修勁有異國風情打卡夠晒格調,望住海吹着海風嘆美食,人生一大樂事。❤️今次試咗佢個lunch set 都唔錯,誠意推薦俾大家. 三道菜午餐有前菜、主食同甜品. 前菜有四款選擇,主食就有八款價錢豐儉由人,甜品係固定視乎當天供應. 餐飲可以選擇Soft drinks或者橙汁,或另加錢轉咖啡. 最平嘅set$168起就可以體驗吓呢個咁靚嘅環境,豪少少大概$400左右. 其實餐廳係出名食牛,店內有自家乾式熟成櫃超專業,不過朋友唔食牛,我哋就試吓其他菜式方便開心share. ⭐️大蝦沙律大蝦爽身,青木瓜絲好爽口酸酸甜甜,雜錦生菜好新鮮. ⭐️藜麥沙律配搭超豐富色彩繽紛好健康,除咗藜麥,仲有番石榴籽、松籽、羽衣甘藍,醬汁係橄欖油同檸檬汁,好清新輕盈,咬落好有層次口感. ⭐️骨羊扒羊扒香而不氈,香草調味惹味. 幼條薯條份量勁多炸得好香脆唔油膩. ⭐️煎鯛魚配甜椒茄子蕃茄魚皮焦香魚肉嫩滑,配上意大利蕃茄醬製成嘅蔬菜配菜好開胃. 是日甜品係士多啤梨雲呢拿雪糕蛋糕. 質地幾厚實但咬落鬆軟. 入口唔會太甜,士多啤梨醬好滑好creamy,混埋雪糕食好滿足. 食完仲可以海邊漫步,想有情調啲仲可以搭船過筲箕灣,搵日試吓先. continue reading

Today, we visited a restaurant in Tseung Kwan O South to celebrate our holiday. The view here is stunning, with mountains and the sea. Many people are riding bicycles around.This restaurant specializes in delicious Western-style cuisine and has chosen "marine life" as their theme. The walls are decorated with fun and cute marine animals. We ordered two lunch sets this time.The first appetizer is the "Nicoise Salad". The portion of the salad is generous. The tuna slices are served with black sesame, and they are very fresh and tasty. The salad is dressed in a salty sauce, which enhances its freshness.The other appetizer is "The Hunter Shrimp Salad." This salad is served with green papaya and Hawaiian Poki dressing. It reminds me of Thai food, with its sweet and sour flavors and appetizing taste. The shrimp are thick and fresh, and overall, it is quite good.For the main courses, we ordered the "Rump" . The restaurant uses grilled Wagyu M5 Rump Steak. The steak has a bold beef flavor, reminiscent of high-quality sirloin. The steak is cut into large pieces, allowing me to fully savor its rich beefy aroma. The meat is thick and chewy, and it becomes even more flavorful when paired with the black pepper sauce.The other main course is the "21-Day Aged Ribeye 300g" . When we entered the restaurant and saw all the dry-aged steaks hanging in the kitchen, I knew it was a must-try dish. They used USDA Prime Ribeye, which has a tender texture and strikes a perfect balance between lean and fatty parts. Furthermore, as the steak has been dry-aged, the outer crust is crispy and it carries a distinct mature flavor. It is highly delicious and recommended for beef lovers! Both steaks are served with French fries, which are satisfying.Lastly, we had two "daily desserts," which were strawberry cakes with cream. They were a delightful way to end the meal on a sweet note!Overall, our dining experience at this restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and a charming marine-themed atmosphere.
