Prepare to be dazzled by our culinary highlights, including the tantalizingly sweet Mango Salad with Alaskan Crab, which combines tender crab meat with refreshing fruit flavours. Craving Chinese cuisine? Try our specially curated Steamed Alaskan Crab Leg with Huadiao Wine, as well as the Steamed Alaskan Crab Leg with Chinese Sweet Rice Wine. These dishes bring out the aromatic flavours of the wine, enhancing the natural sweetness of the crab meat.

Shiok lah! Our Signature Stir-fried Alaskan Crab Leg in Singaporean Style is prepared by Chef Kevin, who brings his extensive experience from Jumbo Seafood in Singapore. He recreates two renowned recipes: the sweet and sour chili sauce recipe and the tangy black pepper recipe.

During the dinner buffet, The Market also features a Live Station for barbecue cuisines, offering freshly made options such as Grilled Alaskan Crab Leg or Roasted Alaskan Crab with Garlic Butter. The former retains the delightful flavour of the ocean, while the latter is infused with a rich garlic flavour, providing an unforgettable dining experience.

Introducing The Market's salt-baked cooking techniques, where a fusion of flavors awaits. Immerse yourself in a journey that not only preserves the natural essence of the seafood but also enhances its taste.

Begin with the tantalizing Scallop with Mango Salad, where the delicate scallop is infused with the amazing sweetness of mango. Move onto the comforting Lobster Seafood Bisque with Puff Pastry, combined the rich flavours of seafood in a creamy bisque, topped with a flaky, golden-brown puff pastry crust.

Prepare your taste buds for the centerpiece of the experience – the Flaming Salt-Baked Seafood Platter. This magnificent creation features a variety of treasures from the sea, including whole lobster, shrimp, crayfish, mussel, clam, scallop, and abalone.

Unlimited servings of exquisite desserts are available on the buffet table, perfect for indulging in “sugarholic” after enjoying the delicious afternoon tea.

On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, each guest is treated to a complimentary glass of French sparkling wine.

The following deposit will be forfeited if the actual attendance vary by more than one person to the number of guests noted in the initial reservation:

- $100 per person for lunch from Monday to Friday

- $200 per person for brunch from Saturday, Sunday and public holidays

- $200 per person for dinner from Monday to Thursday

- $200 per person for dinner from Friday to Sunday and public holidays

- $100 per person for afternoon tea from Monday to Sunday and public holidays. Afternoon tea is serving the “All About Durian” Afternoon Tea set only, which is not a buffet.
