🧧初二去左親戚到拜年,佢地心血來潮話想食自助餐,我拿林林上網搵下,見到最近間酒店網上訂座有優惠,就同佢地試下🤭餐廳地方唔算好大,但都坐得幾闊落✨今次主題係 「牛迷·龍蝦·生蠔」海鮮自助晚餐食物選擇唔算太多,但Refill速度都算快,同都有少部份變化,由於新年關係,提供幾款賀年菜式,🥢刺身撈起、盤菜同蘿蔔糕等😆🔸生蠔🦪即開,唔算好大隻,但味道鮮甜帶海水味🔸刺身有6款 :三文魚、吞拿魚、鯛魚、紅蝦、馬刀貝同墨魚🦑特別推介紅蝦,但供應有限🔸海鮮凍海鮮有5款:長腳蟹腳、🦀麵包蟹、🦐海蝦、翡翠螺同青口,整體都好新鮮🔸芝士龍蝦🦞龍蝦得芝士焗,唔算太大隻,大部分都有膏,肉質爽彈🔸天婦還有金菇、南瓜同四季豆,略嫌炸粉有少少厚🔸燒和牛西冷/羊架和牛肉質軟腍,肉味唔算濃,🐐羊架略嫌有少少過熟🔸甜品自家製點品,🍫朱古力噴泉,仲有任食haagen dazs雪糕📣新年期間由初一至初十五(10/2-24/2、悦品酒店 The Platter 亦會送上新年利是優惠券🧧 continue reading

餐廳:The Platter  (葵涌) 地址:葵涌青山公路 - 葵涌段443號悦品酒店‧荃灣LG樓 悦品酒店‧荃灣嘅裡面嘅The Platter @the.platter.by.cozi 最近推出咗以「牛迷·龍蝦·焗蠔」做主題嘅海鮮自助晚餐🍽,逢星期六日同公眾假期承惠成人每位$568再加一,喺OpenRice預付仲有高達57折優惠,即喺$1408就包晒4位連加一嘅3個半鐘任飲任食自助餐😍,除返開埋單每人都只喺$352,一個咁抵嘅價錢就可以任食波士頓龍蝦🦞、即開生蠔🦪、麵包蟹🦀、燒澳洲和牛西冷🥩、和牛壽喜燒🐃、Häagen-Dazs雪糕等美食,每樣食返幾件都即刻回本😋 雖然餐廳環境唔算大,但喺位置空間都幾舒服同乾淨✨,仲有好多寬敞嘅梳化座位;Refill食物同收碟嘅速度都幾快,客人亦唔算好多,所以基本上每款食物想食都隨時有得拎,唔會出現大排長龍或者無晒食物嘅情況👍。食物同飲品選擇大概有60至70款,以酒店自助餐嚟講唔算多不過食物質素都算中上,唔少一家大細都過嚟共聚天倫👨‍👩‍👧‍👦,享受呢幾個鐘豪飲豪食嘅滋味一開波緊喺要食晒啲最矜貴嘅食物😎,先拎晒啲每人每次限攞一份嘅主題食物:生蠔專區由師傅即場開蠔殼🦪,再沖水沖走沙石同蠔殼碎片,雖然唔喺好大隻但鮮味十足,加埋少少自製辣汁同檸檬汁就更加提鮮🌊;焗波士頓龍蝦肉質飽滿鮮甜🦞,加咗芝士再輕輕炙燒🔥,充滿火熱「芝味」🧀;和牛壽喜燒每份有一至兩片和牛,不過因為加熱完就放喺度冚住蓋俾人拎,所以和牛片有少少過熟🤏,慶幸嘅係和牛羶香凸出,壽喜燒汁亦唔會太過濃味,仲有唔少蔬菜喺入面幾豐富👍;燒澳洲和牛西冷同燒羊鞍由師傅即場切出嚟比食客👨🏼‍🍳,個人特別鍾意羊鞍嘅羊羶味🐏,加埋少少黃芥辣味道一流🤤 冰鎮海鮮方面有雪花蟹腳、麵包蟹、白蝦🦐、藍青口同翡翠螺,雜錦刺身就有赤貝、鯛魚、三文魚、吞拿魚、北寄貝、阿根廷赤蝦同魷魚等,長拎長有,整體味道都幾新鮮,食咗幾輪都唔覺有腥味;另外有多款沙律🥗,海鮮沙律同慢煮雞胸配藜麥牛油果沙律都值得一試;惹味嘅蒜香炒鹿兒島和牛粒都喺必食,上湯龍蝦伊麵同白酒香草忌廉汁龍蝦鉗更加喺搶手菜式,仲有小朋友至愛嘅爐端燒🍢 甜品方面有朱古力噴泉、多款西餅蛋糕🍰、雜果啫喱、新鮮生果🍉、我最愛又食咗3件嘅滿滿蛋香香脆窩夫🧇,同兩款品牌:Häagen-Dazs仲有Cocoberry嘅雪糕,每款都有幾種口味🍨;配埋杯咖啡機沖嘅Cappuccino或者飲番杯果汁簡直就喺滿足🍹 continue reading

👭之前週末陪住喺附近嘅閨蜜試下泰式週末自助午餐,宜家好似轉左韓式,不過除咗主菜大致相同。朋友行路,我搭穿梭巴士到達,自助午餐時間由12點食到2點半。 我哋淺嚐基本款嘅海鮮同刺身,青口、翡翠螺、熟蝦、麵包蟹同三文魚吞拿魚,建議留多啲胃口食泰式料理。泰式款式大眾化,泰式串燒、冬陰功青口、青咖哩、豬肋骨、森巴醬焗魚、冬陰功海鮮湯等紐西蘭西冷牛扒肉質都算嫩滑,唔使點排隊。甜品有班蘭糕、西米糕、布甸等同水果,食下Haagen Dazz雪糕回本。 continue reading

葵興悅品酒店《The Platter》做緊「南歐風味火腿主題半自助晚餐」,一心過黎任食 Parma Ham同芝士都抵,結果食物種類多到超乎想像,從未食過咁豐富嘅半自助餐🙈,最平個餐都係兩百幾蚊,性比價真的很高👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻主食水準都唔差,食得津津有味,選了高級海鮮料理之一的《香檳忌廉汁芝士烤波士頓龍蝦》,兩個大鉗拆肉送上🥰,肉質彈牙又鮮甜。七成熟的《海鹽烤美國安格斯肉眼配紅酒汁》肉質幼滑,而且多汁😋自助餐區有齊中西式餐湯選擇,餐包自助烘熱,款式選擇也算多,多款沙律供應,連龍蝦沙律都有😋,冷盤有青口,海蜆,蝦及翡翠螺,甜品蛋糕款式都好多,又有窩夫,衣家先醒起,點解我唔整雪糕窩夫呢!🙈 至於雪糕雖然只得香港品牌coco, 不過芒果同沖繩鹽口味都唔錯喎!結尾仲要食埋蕃薯糖水,再嘆埋杯咖啡先走😂 continue reading
