To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直想到ORO - Manhattan-Italian Restaurant 高級餐廳 + 網紅樓梯打卡,發現左樓上同一集團的酒吧有happy hour (ORO 在30F)!Toptown 在31F,第一杯$10, 之後每杯都只是$55(紅酒白酒processco同價), happy hour 時段到晚上9點,中環這個價格非常友好! 配酒的finger bites 也算係正常價錢餐廳氛圍感十足,balcony +32F天台能飽覽中環美景已經非常滿足然後。。。重點來了, 31F 飲完酒仲可以直接走落去ORO果條bling bling樓梯瘋狂打卡拍片!(樓梯很長,中間也無人理)飲到拍到就係賺到 continue reading

I've been there a few times because of the awesome location and view, and obviously the drinks too. The service was top-notch as well. The place can get pretty packed later in the night, so it's better to get there early. But my main gripe is that the live music is way too loud. Don't get me wrong, the music and the singer's voice are great, but bloody hell, those speakers are deafening. 嘈死人咩, 呢個時候只適合同女友講分手, 萬一日後被捉黃腳雞時就可以話在Top Town咪講左分手囉. We couldn't even have a conversation sitting so close to each other. It forced us to bail and find another spot to have a drink. Seriously, it totally ruined the vibe. continue reading
