To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 初嚐永年士多,一入到去環境幾好幾乾淨,樓面嘅姨姨好好人會幫手搵位今次揀咗豬紅,豬腸,魷魚蔥油撈麵。車仔麵黎講賣相好好,餸嘅份量都唔算少,豬紅好入味,食落去仲會有少少甜甜地。豬腸真係必食,裡面啲脂肪都仲係到,咬落去好有油香,洗得好乾淨無異味魷魚就普普通通,烚熟嘅味。不過最大缺點係個蔥油撈麵,個麵係超級重鹼水味,唔知係蔥油唔夠香定鹼水味太重,成個麵除左鹼水味之外都食唔到其他味跟餐叫左杯凍檸水,一般餐廳都係鍾意將檸檬放底,佢就放面,賣相好睇啲不過真係幾難拮檸檬,啲水又裝到好滿,拮一下檸檬已經瀉曬出黎。總結中規中矩,蔥油撈麵應唔建議試 continue reading
