【一家】位於筲箕灣區一個小型私人住宅屋苑的基座商場,開業未夠兩年,最近幾個月忽然大紅起來,只因獲得《米芝蓮》加持為「必比登車胎人」推介。以往慣例,在 OpenRice 分享餐廳食後感唔會一開始就寫結論,今次係極少數例外。實在唔明白點解《米芝蓮》會給予【一家】「必比登車胎人」推介?使得小編更加懷疑《米芝連》所推薦的中菜館的可靠性。用仿紙皮石鋪砌地面,牆身就有幾種不同裝飾:仿紙皮石、青磚及粗糙的灰色油漆,裝修風格帶點70、80年代風情;整體而言是一間的街坊小館。用餐環境侷促、餐枱之間又有點擠迫;但由於有《米芝蓮》光環,全餐廳滿座。因此,更顯得有點嘈吵。以上海菜為主調,同時亦加入了一些港式廣東菜,係一間典型、非常普通的港式街坊小菜館,但又沒有什麼驚喜海鮮菜式;點解可以獲得《米芝連》青睞?小時候的街邊推車仔檔美食,今時今日竟然可以上大枱。臭豆腐($80)一客只有四件,較以前推車檔年代的兩三蚊一件貴得多;但今天莫講推車仔已經消失,即使入了梗舖的小食檔也少見臭豆腐。同時附上甜醬及辣椒醬,保留了元祖風味。味道及口感正宗,已經係全餐晚飯最好食嘅菜式。點了推介美食一家蔥油白切雞($138),半隻白切雞表面鋪滿了煮過的蔥花熟油,碟底又浸滿了雞汁及熟油。賣相都幾吸引,但味道方面就非常一般。白切雞肉嚡口,雞皮唔爽滑,雞皮下的脂肪太厚太多;以白切雞來講,唔算好食,同坊間普通燒臘枱斬料差不多質素。唯一賣點係有大量蔥花熟油,偏偏味道又太鹹。蜜汁火方係著名淅江菜,皆因浙江有著名的金華火腿。極品蜜汁金華火腿($188)徹底令人失望,無論賣相、選材用料及味道,冇一方面合格,完全做不到這道著名菜式的精髓。賣相不佳:火腿切得厚薄不一,平均來說,切得太薄身,有一兩片火腿甚至沒有脂肪層;色澤未夠火紅,亦欠缺橙紅色的透明滷汁。選材不達標準:蜜汁火方本來應該選用火腿中最靚的大腿肉心部份,但只指隨便揀選一塊火腿肉,入口有點粗嚡。味道更加失望:由於選材唔合格,蒸熟的火腿肉質顯得硬身,缺少了應有的軟身鬆化。調味亦差:表面太甜,沒有冰糖清甜及紹酒香味;咬下去殘留醃製火腿的重鹹,蒸火腿時間唔夠,冰糖紹酒未能渗入肉身。砂鍋津白($148)同樣唔合格,九唔搭八加入了大量雜菇,奶白色雞湯份量又太多。砂鍋津白的雞湯應該較為稠身,亦不需要其他配菜,最理想應該加入一些切幼絲雞胸肉及金華火腿以加強賣相。津白雖然夠腍,但有渣;味道亦偏鹹。素什錦澆頭麵($82)係普通的齋菜,輸在賣相,味道稍鹹。吃了五個小菜,其中三款還要係餐廳推介菜式,但全部唔算好食,甚至較坊間其他普通質素的上海菜館還要差。另外還叫了小籠包(4個)($58),皮厚、豬肉餡料嚡口、湯汁亦少,同樣唔好吃。到底係小編揀錯菜式?抑或被《米芝連》加冕後,招呼不了大量客人而質素變差?總之,實在太失望;雖然唔算難以下嚥,但實在很難想像可以與《米芝連》拉上關係 ⋯⋯ 不會再來下一次。 continue reading

成日經過見到呢間米G連推介既鋪頭睇落好好食今日終於去試咗 令人大失所望由於實在太難食同啲食物真係誠意欠奉 所以相都冇影一張同朋友2個人叫左小龍包, 炒蟶子, 黑醋糖醋魚, 上海炒年糕 同 高力芒果奶黃另外消費夠450定250加$1加左個雞絲粉皮 仲叫左杯荔枝玫瑰茶-首先要讚既係樓面姐姐服務真係好好 不過嘢食出晒事先黎個雞絲粉皮 應該係全晚最好食 粉皮有咬口醬汁都夠味一心以為前菜都咁好食實冇死啦 點知就係噩夢既開始小龍包一夾起個底就穿 味道不過不失啦 冇咩特別蟶子隻隻肥嘟嘟但有沙 好明顯食得出係白灼完再用豉汁去炒 因為蟶子一啲咸味都冇吸到黑醋糖醋魚個汁好酸好黏 松子有啲油益味炒年糕有色冇味 如白灼一般高力芒果奶黃入得口 但唔知點解糖霜要分開上 明顯倒出黎太耐潮咗有結塊 點又唔係唔點又唔係荔枝玫瑰茶只能用神奇去形容 個味完全唔係荔枝/玫瑰 反而有啲爛左既蔬菜味-重申一次樓面姐姐服務係專業既但廚房完全唔達水準 有好大進步空間今餐收費$7XX 完全唔值 continue reading

朋友食過推介呢間米芝蓮餐廳,位於筲箕灣形薈商場地下。餐廳裝修都好特別,好多燈牌。當日晚飯唔算多客人,侍應服務好好。🥢麻辣香炸鳳尾魚🐟鳳尾魚炸得好鬆脆,外面有一層薄薄嘅蜜糖同油再加少少芝蔴,香口但偏油🥢一家蔥油白切雞🐔半隻雞再加超大量蔥油,雞肉都夠嫩,蔥就偏甜,唔係燒味舖嘅薑蔥咁鹹🥢糖醋小排骨🐷小排骨唔係平時食開有醋味嘅糖醋骨,係用紅麴炆,所以肉質比較柴,味道普通🥢炸臭豆腐一客本來4件臭豆腐,我哋加夠一人一件,臭豆腐又唔算好臭,炸得外脆內軟,配甜醬同辣椒醬食🥢油茶樹菇炒福花🥦🍄份量少之餘,個醬汁非常之鹹,即時已向侍應反映,佢話叫廚房留意下🥢石窩咸肉菜飯🍚正正常常咸肉菜飯,以為石窩上會有好多飯焦,但原來得好少飯焦🥢小籠包小籠包一籠4隻,我哋唔夠分,侍應提議加多半籠2隻,皮薄餡靚,入面有湯汁🥢煎韮菜鍋貼🥟一客5隻,煎到金黃,底部有薄脆餐廳價錢稍貴,而且食物質數只係合格,住得遠就唔使特登去~💰是日晚餐人均消費$200💰 continue reading

餐廳裝修唔錯,有自己風格。星期一至四唔限時係賣點,好適合同朋友傾偈食飯,唔使趕住走。食物質素正常,有一兩樣嘢好食,飲品唔錯。不過價錢定得進取。最好食係臭豆腐。其次係蔥油雞。另外仲食咗小籠包,鍋貼,糖醋骨,炒飯,椰菜花等等…椰菜花$108 ,主要就真係得椰菜花,比較鹹。黑醋骨就比較細碟,$118,味道麻麻哋。飲品就大約30至40一杯,幾有特色,好多唔同選擇。類似台式飲品。飲品幾個朋友都話自己個杯唔錯。服務唔錯,職員有講有笑,好有禮貌。有一兩樣小菜比較鹹,其他食物正常,唔係特別好食,又唔係太差,就係比較貴。 continue reading

Horrible attitude and waitresses are bad mannered, I would not recommend if you want to enjoy a nice meal as they do not have service. Not only do they NOT thank you for eating at their restaurants but blames you for not reminding them to give you a glass for tea (when we have ALREADY asked). The food itself is fried but overall tastes ok but the service is just not worth it because it spoils the whole meal with grumpy workers and ill mannered service, why should I pay for such bad experience . Quite sad and disappointed, will not go again. continue reading
