FD介紹咗一間串燒店,話質素唔錯,咁試試啦。店鋪唔大,得幾張台,晚市都幾full下,坐滿8成。Menu大部分都係串燒,都有數款小食提供。可樂,我同FD都唔飲酒,汽水同串燒都好夾。串燒用熱石盛上來,可以保持串燒溫度,好貼心。燒臺式香腸(蒜味),香腸係偏香甜果款,食落有微微蒜香味。日式燒雞肝,雞肝用咗醬烤方式燒制,火候掌握得啱啱好。雞肝食落好綿密,唔會覺得柴。海鹽燒皇牌牛舌,牛舌大大件有3件。用海鹽微微調味已經好好食,牛舌軟嫩Q彈,唔會覺得太幹。炙燒海花蝦2隻,蝦有一隻巴掌長。蝦皮燒得好脆好易剝落,點落搭配嘅泰式酸辣汁,蝦肉鮮甜彈牙好惹味。燒蟶子皇同燒珍寶大扇貝,兩種海鮮都揀咗蒜蓉味道。海鮮新鮮鮮甜,蟶子皇冇沙,同蒜蓉好夾。扇貝肉質厚實,同粉絲嗦埋蒜蓉醬香味,好好食。燒新鮮脆皮白鱔,白鱔肉好厚身。新鮮鱔肉果然唔同,食落皮好脆口,肉好Q彈,加埋少少鹽炙烤已經好好味。燒流心鵪鶉蛋同燒煙肉韭菜卷,雖然都係用煙肉包埋,食落口感好唔同。流心鵪鶉蛋食落軟綿好似芝士口感,韭菜香甜爽口口感清爽。煙肉本身已經夠鹹,所以唔洗調味已經好夠味。雞皮餃子,雞皮食落好韌性好得意,餃子餡好豐富,食得出落咗豬肉白菜等配料,再點埋沙律醬,更加好味。 continue reading
