早排聽同事講漁獲浜燒開左間姐妹店,位置就正正係原店上一層。見之前一直都約唔齊人去幫襯所以就借此引誘班FD約係今晚一齊去會一會佢。坐低店員就送上呢個餐前小食,入面係鯷魚混合沙甸魚所做成嘅魚醬。食落咸香醒胃,就咁食會有啲偏鹹但配上爽甜嘅沙葛青瓜條等,互相中和別有一番風味。 之後就係今晚嘅主角,磯野海鮮盛合-KIWAMI。落完單店員就成盤攞出黎俾我地過目,介紹入面嘅海鮮係啲咩同埋問我地想點烹調,仲貼心咁推介左相關嘅食法俾我地,等我地可以有最好嘅味覺享受。 係等待時我地點左呢支文佳人作為我地嘅餐飲(因為呢度清酒種類頗多,但我地都鐘意佢個名夠有氣質)。呢支雖然是原酒但酒精感不強烈入口清醇甘甜帶點花香,而且夠冰凍更突顯米香嘅濃郁。十分配合整餐嘅各款海鮮燒物。  和牛沙律以人手剁碎保留牛肉嘅纖維同彈性。簡單以鹽胡椒調味,食落充滿肉汁鮮甜,混和鵪鶉蛋液更覺口感滑溜。 原隻雞翼燒得皮脆肉嫩,蜜糖令油膩感大減真係連雞翼尖都可以食埋。 原條活魚刺身-蝦夷目張,魚名都係第一次聽。整條魚由頭到尾連伴碟都擺得好靚,廚師仲好有心機咁將部分魚肉砌左朵花出黎。 食落魚肉細緻有彈性,尤其係近背肌位置咀嚼多幾下魚嘅甜味再出

牛小扒同白鱔都係可口小食,前者五成熟肉質軟腍多肉汁,油花雖然唔多但牛味同甜味豐富。而燒白鱔則肉質結實有彈性,因為皮脂豐富燒完表面焦脆,大大壓低鱔魚原有嘅腥味。十分推薦。

而松葉蟹腳用左黎煮粥,店員待高湯煮滾後即刻取出蟹腳,只取其鮮味又確保蟹肉唔會過老。之將配料同蛋液加入,米花啱啱爆開就食得。簡單嘅一道粥品就完全食出蟹嘅鮮甜。
