位於中環都爹利街 (又稱煤氣燈街),星巴克原址開了一間意法式  fine dining 餐廳 <A Lux>! 有朋友之前嚐過並在 社交平台 share,但當時限聚令影響之下,6:00pm 後禁晚市堂食!早前 4 月中旬,恢復 晚市堂食,上個月,由朋友帶路前往煤氣燈街的 <A Lux> 享一頓意法 fine dining! 這裡燈光昏暗,優雅高格調,甚有情調! 我們被安排到窗口位那張枱,望出窗外正是煤氣燈街! 桌上備有餐具及餐巾,設有酒櫃!另設有 VIP 房!店方好體貼周到,為男食客掛西裝及外套,並在衣架註明食客名!餐廳以開放式廚房設計,每上一道菜,也有侍應介紹加入甚麼食材!讓食客更了解,及細嚐其味道!帶出不同的驚喜及新鮮感給食客!Dinner menu $1,180/ person (10% service charges)麵包籃共有3款麵包:意大利香草包、多穀麥酸種麵包及一款薄脆片其中一款是酸種麵包,外層香脆,夾雜亞麻籽等多穀物!營養及口感豐富! 輕蘸油醋味道會錦上添花!餐前小食:黑色小枕頭是墨魚汁泡芙,咬開爆出牛油果蓉,放上阿拉斯加蟹肉,絕對是先聲
