Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同公司食飯去咗呢一間樓上Cafe。嘩估唔到入邊好多驚喜，因為外邊嘅裝修以木色為主而且又唔少日本懷舊海報好似去咗日本居酒屋，而且坐得好舒服位置都好空曠。咁嗰日就試咗三文魚，明太子茶漬飯我自己本身就好鍾意食三文魚嘅，我覺得佢都煎得幾油香同埋魚肉都夠潤滑，而且仲有三文魚子配搭我覺得好好食再加埋個茶個感覺咁另外仲叫咗個秘製煎牛舌飯個牛舌好牛牛香同埋好厚切好煙靭而且個汁都好夠味我自己覺得好好味咁另外仲嗌咗個溫泉蛋隻燒三文魚牛油果飯望落去就好健康，但係呢嗰日嘅牛油果都好新鮮我都覺得好好食
