朋友介紹吓話呢間位於上環樓上嘅Omakese 好抵食,二人同行第二位半價優惠,今晚同男朋友book咗枱食晚餐$1380set!呢間餐廳位子算多,除咗吧枱仲有四人枱選擇,我哋揀咗吧枱,因為可以同廚師有直接交談。個師傅都好好傾,每上一碟菜都會好詳細解釋吓個味道同款式,獲益良多。前菜: 豆腐皮+海膽豆腐+螢光魷魚, 師傅建議由左到右食, 因為濃味程度係由淡到濃,左邊,水魂 係近海邊既 海澡 食落少少酸 似落左柚子醋味。中間 蟹膏豆腐 頂層配海膽一齊食 濃郁既蟹黃味 豆腐帶少少硬身 吾會好易夾碎右邊 凍食 熟既瑩光魷魚配面豉醬。櫻花複蒸蛋 熱辣辣既蛋 配上乾身櫻花蝦 仲有冬菇岩手縣米奇蠔 海水味重少少 配上面既酸汁一齊食魴鮄魚 肉身帶甜 配帶有少少甜既紫菜醬 爽口鮮甜交疊魚配三文魚籽 食落會有煙燻既木香味然後會慢慢食到魚油既油香。
