To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

① 炒什菌、火箭菜、松子仁天使麵伴香草醬雖然係全素，但係味道一d 都唔寡，有洋蔥同埋紅黃椒，而什菌份量超多，多到遮住曬下面嘅天使麵，火箭菜好 fresh 同埋有調味，天使麵軟硬度剛剛好，又好掛汁（香草醬），整體味道非一般的好味。② 泰式西瓜沙律有驚喜❗爆汁嘅西瓜 cross over 酸辣泰式汁，好有火花，fresh 得嚟又有d泰式辣辣地，好衝擊味蕾！大滿足！……③ 海鹽焦糖芝士蛋糕口感軟滑，唔會太甜。④ 日本原個鮮果雪葩（桃味）雪葩入口有桃味，唔會太酸，今日天氣熱熱地，好啱食。⑤ 心太軟配雲呢拿雪糕心太軟外層鬆香軟，內裏朱古力味香濃，見到流心好療癒。佢雲呢拿雪糕齊食，一冷一熱，雙重味覺滿足。⑥ 茘枝 Mojito酒味不會太濃郁，有淡淡的荔枝清香、薄荷葉同青檸檬嘅清新⑦ 熱情果梳打熱情果加油子蜜，so refreshing
