幾年前食過呢間韓國菜印象唔錯,想食海鮮煎餅就再訪,開左幾年依然人氣高氣,平日夜晚七八點去幾乎滿座,記得訂位先去。餐廳格局同之前有些少唔同,近牆位好似自修室嘅書枱咁,掛滿韓星相好青春,大家黎到可以睇下見唔見到你本命。食物種類感覺比之前多,除左炸雞外有鍋物同鐵板。🍽泡菜豬肉湯 Braised Pork Kimchi Stew ($218)本來係連埋個爐上嘅,但我個位冷氣好勁,店員見煲左一排都未滾就主動幫我拎入廚房加熱,咁留意客人嘅需要好抵讚。雖然同鐵板嘅材料差唔多,但辣度就低啲,更突顯到泡菜嘅酸味,豬肉薄切軟淋,幾鍾意透明嘅勁道麵,索左湯都仲好有咬口。🍽海鮮蔥餅 Seafood Pancake ($140)呢個煎餅比一般煎餅厚身,但唔會感覺好厚粉,因為非常足料,有大量爽口嘅魷魚同蝦,以及青蔥、甘筍同辣椒絲,而且做到外脆內煙韌,點埋秘制醬汁一流!🍽鐵板韓式蔥炒五花肉 Teppan Spicy Pork Belly & Green Onion ($238)見menu推介就叫左呢款,上枱嗰吓我地呆左,份量多到三至四人食都得。五花肉唔韌又入味,加埋泡菜同青葱食落冇咁油膩,亦可學韓國人嘅食法包生菜食

本來係連埋個爐上嘅,但我個位冷氣好勁,店員見煲左一排都未滾就主動幫我拎入廚房加熱,咁留意客人嘅需要好抵讚。雖然同鐵板嘅材料差唔多,但辣度就低啲,更突顯到泡菜嘅酸味,豬肉薄切軟淋,幾鍾意透明嘅勁道麵,索左湯都仲好有咬口。

見menu推介就叫左呢款,上枱嗰吓我地呆左,份量多到三至四人食都得。五花肉唔韌又入味,加埋泡菜同青葱食落冇咁油膩,亦可學韓國人嘅食法包生菜食,鐵板內仲有彈牙嘅韓式年糕,醬汁辣得黎有少許甜味好開胃。重口味嘅鐵板啱你多啲,鍾意清淡啲嘅就建議叫湯鍋。

雖然無叫炸雞,但總覺得食韓國野要配酒,可惜第二日要返工就叫左甜甜嘅cider,再訪的話會想試韓國傳統米酒。
